Considering the supposedly high standard of the brand, I find it very unfortunate to use the lowest-end delivery services on the market to save some money (opinion given without having received the product after 2 weeks).

Great customer support
Really good customer support who was able to get my packages reship/redirected when the French post office refused to accept the delivery. I'm very excited to try my new face, neck and dec LED masks. Only time will tell if it'll improve my skin, but I have high hopes as I wanted a long time for science backed research to be published before buying the devises. This is a trustworthy company.
