I was very pleased with my Orla Kiely curtains made to measure. Communication was excellent with Abi and Dave who were able to help me. They arrived perfectly packed and looked great when hung, also the price was good so well worth the 5 star rating.

Great quality curtains. Excellent service and helpful staff when calling for advice. Prices where also better that at any other website. Only drawback is the long production time but I knew about it when ordering.

I was nervous at sending my lovely linen fabric to be made into roman blinds, but I needn't have worried. They made it into lovely, lined, quality blinds. Communication was brilliant, they rang me when I had made a mistake in the measurement and we resolved the problem. An excellent service at half the price of the local quotes I got. Thank you

Brilliant customer service from this company. Head rail was damaged on arrival (by courier). They sent a replacement with no hassle at all & I got my Roman blind up. So happy with it. Will def use this company again.

Fabulous burnt orange velvet curtains, beautifully made, arrived totally uncreased and ready to hang. My first foray into made to measure curtains and I wasn't disappointed. Very helpful office staff who assisted me tremendously even when I got a measurement wrong. Many thanks. My sitting room looks wonderful now, the curtains have completed it for me.

I’ve just hung my new Roman blind. Very happy. I was a little worried as it’s very wide 245cm x 136cm drop. It looks really lovely and works perfectly. My only criticism is the plastic joiner on the pull down cord snapped open first time I used it but if you super glue it together it holds perfectly. Good value and well made. I’d definitely recommend Arcadia.

For exactly the same fabric our roman blind was considerably cheaper than other sites. Very well made and exactly to size. Also easier to fit than another roman blind we previously bought elsewhere online. My husband has Parkinsons and between us we were able to fit the blind using the simple clips provided. Very pleased with the blind and looks great in the newly decorated bedroom.

Absolutely delighted with the 2 sets of blinds we recently ordered. The blinds are great quality, interlined, fit perfectly and were turned round quickly. Will be coming back to this company for sure!

Great customer service, we had some fabric that needed making into curtain and roman blinds to match our existing blinds, it wasn't a problem for these guys turned around really quickly and at a great price. Thank you curtains and blinds 4 homes.

The made to measure curtains were of reasonable quality, but we had an issue with hems being uneven. There was a considerable gap between the curtain and floor in some places and in other places they touched the floor. We've double checked that the curtain pole is level, and measured each curtain at different points and can see that they are longer in some places than others. We put this to the company and initially got a response, but since then have been totally ignored, so it looks like we have to put up with a less than perfect pair of curtains. Communication and customer service is seriously lacking. If it all goes well the curtains are fine, but if you have an issue it's a very different story.

The blinds were made to our own dimensions and fitted perfectly. They were made to a very high standard and really good quality.

I ordered custom made roman blinds for very odd shaped and awkward to work with windows in my old house. I ran the dimensions and peculiarities past the customer service lady who was helpful and friendly. The blinds were very reasonably priced, arrived exactly when I was told they would, and I was able to put them up myself. Which was a miracle. And they look really fabulous. Great company and service!
