Awful company! 3 weeks after my order and still no tracking number. I have asked for a refund several times which they will not give. They are now claiming that the order has actually been shipped recently, but they cannot provide a tracking number for “several days” as their “electronic system” has not updated, and will then only provide a tracking number IF the system updates. So I have no idea when or if this package is due to arrive! They are refusing a refund! It looks like I am going to have to resort to chargeback proceedings!! Awful company! Avoid at all costs!!

Curtains took over one month to arrive. They were very thick no could not be kept open, and not as long as expected, so did not meet in the middle when closed. I measured and should have been perfect. I contacted them and they will not accept a return.

This company makes money from sending you half of the material that you ordered and uses the cheapest method of delivery which takes over 6 weeks to arrive. Customer service will bend back ward's to convince you you made the mistake when you made the order.
The width is both peers so for 104w by 95
You get 52by95 x2 if they do arrive

I hope you don't have an issue. There customer support is horrible and will not refund or exchange a wrong order. Ordered pleat curtains and received grommet. They hassled me thru emails and made it completely unrealistic to get an exchange of refund.

The company if a fraud. The will sell you a poor quality product and then refuse to accept return. Even though their prices are as much or more than other credible companies.

Ordered the bookshelf curtains and they were exactly as shown and described. My only feedback would be that each lengths should have a "recommended length" added to it because you want to order curtains that are longer than the actual length of your window. They said it would come in-between 3 and 5 weeks and it did. They have a solid return policy and I would recommend contacting support if you have any concerns as I also did due to the other reviews I've seen.

So we was looking for curtains for my sons bedroom we have waited a few weeks tbh we new that so that wasn't the problem.
They have been delivered today and I went straight to the website to get a address to return them I always read the reviews before buying off new sites but why I didnt this time I really dont know its a lesson learnt unfortunately.
So there not the right size the quality oh my god I wouldn't buy them for my dog to sleep on and now after reading the return policy I'm not even going to try and get my money back so thats £55 down the drain.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

They do not say you are ordering from China and that they won't ship your items for weeks. Then when you ask for a refund they tell you to read their refund policy instead of doing it right. These were not cheap. I have never dealt with a company that doesn't respect the consumer. I don't want the curtains. I tried to make sure I was ordering from a US company and couldn't find anywhere that this was international. I am so upset. I will NEVER use this company for anything.

ONLY ORDER IF YOU ARE READY TO BE SCAMMED!
Do not waste money on this fraud company.

Ordered from CurtainsIn. After a few weeks I got nervous and wondering if I was scammed, so I started reading reviews and got even more nervous. A LOT more nervous. However, my package DID arrive, (after almost a month) and surprisingly it was not damaged and my curtain was indeed the right size. It definitely is not the quality shown in the picture but it is still nice enough to hang up and I am relieved. I would say that if it were accurate to the photos, the price would be more reasonable but now that I have seen them in person, I know that I paid about $30 too much FOR SURE. That's what I get for not reading reviews first!! Anyways I'm not 100% unsatisfied, but it could be a lot better.

Curtains came damaged. It's too bad I can't post images. It came shipped in a plastic shipping bag. The bag arrived wrapped in tape, and with two large holes In it. Needless to say the curtains were damaged and their return policy is to offer the customer 10%, then 20%, then 30% or you can return it. They try to discourage returning it by telling you the shipping costs to return it are high. The customer service is absolutely horrid. The packaging of the curtains is absolutely pathetic, and they arrived with damaged sections looking like they had been rubbed across concrete. Due to the two large holes they probably had been.
I asked them how much damage it would have taken for them to do the right thing and offer me a non-damaged product, but they don't answer that question. So if you want a damaged product, and to have to haggle with them over price after the fact be my guest. If that's what you enjoy then you found the right company. If doesn't sound pleasant then avoid them at all costs.

If you have any doubts check my picture. That's how the package arrived.

I am so mad at myself for not researching this company before ordering. It’s been over a month snd still no curtains. And now I’m reading these other reviews and see the quality will likely be subpar. Ugh! I’m always that person who doesn’t order from a company until soon doing my homework, but life threw some curveballs and just hurried up and ordered skipping those other important steps.

I’ve emailed the company twice a week and keep being told to give it 1-2 more weeks. Package probably stuck at customs. That’s all they say. No explanation or apology for the 1+ month delay.

I am contacting the US Attorney General’s Office tomorrow to see if anything can be done about mail fraud from a company overseas. I also had good luck with local consumer advocate television reporter 4 years ago. The contractor I hired is now doing 12-18 years in prison for theft by deception and other charges. I may contact him too. I feel the need to expose this company too to protect others from being scammed.

Terrible customer service, product looks cheap and they do not take accountability for anything! Oh and they think offering a 10% refund is good! Awful company! I wish I would’ve read all the reviews before wasting my money with this company.

placed an order on 12/06/2021 after a month I got my order with small size.

I ordered a curtain with size 118”*106”
And you sent me 80”* 63”
I paid £115 for size 118”*106 and you sent me a small size ?
What does that mean?
And I also haven’t got all the peaces. I didn’t get Lace as well…

Received our beautiful new curtains today and they have added a touch of luxury to our newly decorated boudoir.
Yes it did take a long time ...we were warned of delays in international shipping before making the purchase by Curtainsin.
Curtainsin have kept us informed of the progress of our order during the process.
The curtains are stunning, well made and of high quality materials.

Awful company. Send you the wrong products. Dont give you options for an exchange. Give you refund options as stated below 25% refund or send it back. They are that untrustworthy I dont believe they would refund you the full amount if you sent it back and you would have to pay for shipping.

Should have read the reviews here first. Products look nice but you'll not recieve them, stay away.

Curtinsin sent me my curtains which were 4 inches too narrow as per my measurements, there are sooo many lose threads hanging all over the place and the curtain hangers are not for our round rods. I asked to have them redone and return but I have to pay the shipping which is more then the curtains so now I would be out $190.00 not just $87.00 WHAT A RIP Off!!!

Purchased curtains Fall 2020. Quality of curtains are great. They are beautiful. Purple blackout pinch pleated curtains. Shipping was 4 weeks longer than expected but with international shipping and the pandemic, it was expected. May try them again.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I placed an order and arrived from China in extremely poor condition so I sent this back to them (paid £22 in shipping!) but they refused the item so it got sent back to me. They have not refunded anything. Not only did I pay for the curtains but then for shipping to get the refund but never did.
