The parcel arrived within the time expected. It’s amazing for the price I paid, the curtains look amazing in my new room!!!!

Scammed my money. Never sent curtains and didn't refund my money. DO NOT USE

Do not buy from this company! The photos look literally nothing like what will be received and customer service will do nothing when you point out your pictures of what was received vs. what the website photo advertised.

It took many weeks to receive the curtains, which are made in China.
I ordered two sets and one set i tried to cancel the same day, as I found another set I preferred. There is no 'cancel' option on the website. They instruct us to use the 'modify order' link that is no where to be found. I send many emails to their customer service, with only two replies and the order never got cancelled and they shipped the curtains anyway, refusing to take them back and refund my money.
The curtains I received were just like they are pictured on their website. The quality is good, not great, yet still worth the price. Just be sure you order what you want. I wanted to exchange the curtains for a wider size, but would have to pay return shipping and shipping for the replacement set. They said each shipping charge would be at least $50 U.S. so I opted to keep the curtain set and just make it work.

Placed order had to dispute with PayPal and because they have it listed as delivered PayPal refused to reverse charges still waiting placed order July 24th it's now almost Halloween. Don't get ripped off order from someone reliable! Learned the hard way.

I liked the assortment, so I will definitely make an order for cash on delivery.

The curtains looked nothing like the description and didn’t have the holes the hang as described also way shorter. I simply asked for a refund and was told no refunds for the correct items. I’m done dealing with them because simply not worth the stress, but PLEASE DONT SHOP WITH THEM!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CON. I received curtains that were too small. it took 9 e-mails and 4 weeks to even get a return address. We have returned the items at a cost of 20 quid and 8 Weeks and a further 5 e-mails and we still have no refund even though we have had confirmation of delivery. STAY AWAY

We ordered curtains for our sons room paying over £15 for express delivery, which was stated at 3-7 days. After day 9 I contacted the support email getting a message to ‘be patient’ as they were very busy. Waited another few days and contacted them again and got the same reply. After another few days I asked to cancel with a full refund, they said my order had shipped. But the tracking website didn’t work!
I raised a dispute via PayPal and the curtains arrived two days later.
They were poor quality.
They contacted me asking me to cancel my case with PayPal, I replied saying I would after a refund for the express shipping.
I received £1.90.
I would not recommend using this site at all.

Horrendous customer service!!! Please avoid at all costs, they are a thieving unprofessional "company"! I am that frustrated, I have not even opened them yet.

I requested my shipping cos back (£8) because it took 2 months for delivery! The refused and were very unprofessional via email.

This is a fake company, I think. I ordered 6 weeks ago and they said my stuff shipped 5 weeks ago. A robot (a polite robot) replies to the emails.

i would rate them '0" if there was an option. I'm having an online battle with this company as I have not received my order and they are telling more lies as to where they are, its ridiculous. I reported them to PayPal and am taking all my correspondence to my solicitor

This website created earlier this year, used same name as our website with little alteration(i.e letter N). Our website is CurtainsINN.com which is in business since past 3+ years. They removed one "N".
Their customers are complaining about non-delivery of items due on our website because of the name. Our customer support staff have to deal with their customers on daily basis.

I wish I could give 0 start review,
I did ordered curtains for this company, after a month time they came damaged with very ugly yellow stain, also looking little different then the photo they provide on website,
I’m trying to get money back, but the customer service is so bad, they want me to pay for they shipping cost , also first-time shipping fee they paid to the logistic company will be deducted from my refund.

I placed an order, never received any confirmation email...,I wrote them asking for my curtains and canceling my order since been a weeks, finally I got these weird email saying, ITS TO LATE TO CANCEL BECAUSE THEY ALREADY SHIPPED....Still not receiving my curtains and trying to contact PayPal and it’s worst...

So far we have waited an entire month for our curtains, they still haven't arrived - stupidly we paid for "Express" delivery!
They will not offer a refund despite numerous emails.
The tracking number they keep sending does not work.
We have now written off the £50 we spent - we will never get this back. This company is based in China, hence no easy way of making a legal claim.
Do yourselves a favour - learn our lesson - buy local!!!

Four fays later - our curtains have arrived.
What was supposed to be lush green jungle, behind a dinosaur.. is purple?!... haha..
Not suprised, lost £50.. can't even flog them on Gumtree for a fiver!

Awful company based in China so do not feel like they are governed by the law! Avoid at all cost! Curtains are cheap, fabric is faulty. Shipped from China which takes weeks but they don’t inform you of this. I purchased blackout curtains for my child’s room, there were blades of light coming through the faulty stitching throughout the middle of the curtain fabric, there were loose threads and sections unsown. The fabric was cheap and badly printed! I asked for help and was told I would only get a partial refund, I explained if I send them back at my cost I am entitled to a full refund as they are not fit for purpose. They said they would refund. I have sent them back and they have not refunded me! I will be taking this further through PayPal. I strongly suggest to people to avoid this company and purchase from else where.

such bad quality. months or arguing over email. luckily PayPal refunded but cost of return shipping to china is twenty pounds. That will hopefully be refunded too but swerve this awful company

It wasn't possible to rate them zero stars or else I would. They do not stand behind their product. What you see is NOT what you get and they aren't honorable when we ask them for a full refund. Instead they nickel and dime you down to a measly partial refund and you're stuck with an inferior, dull, nothing like the picture product. Save your money!!!
