Order was a complete rip off

Order was a complete rip off! ordered 2 sets
80" x 84" got 40"x 84" half the width so completely useless ! At £100 a curtain you can't even get a refund or exchange as they have no customer service and ignore all contact stay well clear .

Delivery time= Frustration

At first I was upset my curtains had NOT arrived in 2weeks, maybe covid-19 slowed process but after I chat live with an agent and they explained the process and explained that with or without covid-19 issues; it takes 10days (minus weekends) before the order is even processed In total it took almost 3weeks for my curtains to arrive. My curtains are beautiful and heavy material great for darkening rooms and Michigans harsh winters. Once I have the curtains up I will follow up on how sturdy the stitch is

STUNNING CURTAINS EXCELLENT QUALITY

Well I have to say I was as annoyed as the poor reviews on here until my curtains arrived. Whilst I wasn't happy about the length of time they took to arrive (ordered 29th July they arrived today 27th August) I can't complain. They are stunning curtains. Quality material so soft. It seems to me that this company make their curtains to order. If you want quality you have to be a little patient. This is in China so we have to appreciate the time difference when emailing customer service and they don't respond straight away. Overall poor start but excellent finish regarding this company and their service. I would recommend but know you will have to be patient and wait for your curtains. You will be pleased when they arrive as I am. I would upload a picture of them if there was an option to.

ZERO stars from me

ZERO stars from me. Ordered 2 weeks ago, money taken immediately, no curtains arrived thus far and after reading reviews they won't arrive. Can I complain? NO... the (MAJOR EXPLETIVES ) website has now shut down so challenging them is not possible so its off to the bank tomorrow to try and retrieve the money or through PayPal. Being disabled both physically and mentally doesn't help in chasing EXPLETIVES like these fly by nights.

Awful awful awful

Awful awful awful! Took ages to actually arrive after multiple emails and the item is poor quality. Horrific customer care. Avoid!!!! Currently in dispute with them via PayPal! Thank god for paypal!

Finally received curtains, they are beautiful. I think if they had made me aware at time of purchase how long the wait would be it would have prevented so much frustration

Ordered curtains 19 days ago, they took payment right away. Still no curtains, then for tracking they want to send you to a sight that you have never heard of and in order to use it, it becomes your default search engine.
Not please at all. Website and curtains looks great, but that just proves that just because it looks good does not mean it is good!!!

I gave them 1 star - really deserved 0. Paid extra for fast shipping and curtains are now over 2 weeks later than promised. Have requested refunds through pay pal several times and they refuse. Would NEVER buy again.

Terrible service

Not had my curtains yet but already disappinted with the customer service recieved and really worried now whether I will get them and the quality if and when they arrive. Like others on here wish i had not ordered them.

I wouldn’t even give them one star

I wouldn’t even give them one star. I ordered goods from them and cancelled order from them within 20 minutes of ordering off them, their advert is misleading (curtain sizing) and something made me check reviews... not good. I am currently trying to get my money back but they keep sending me emails offering me increased amounts of discounts and asking me to reorder before they cancel original order, I have told them categorically that I don’t want to reorder and to refund my money immediately, it is proving to be very difficult, Chinese company, I should have known better after having had problems getting a refund of another outlet in the past. NEVER order anything of this shower. I will get my money back, will let you know when I do.

Happy with the purchase

Was cautious about ordering a pair of curtains from them, after reading the reviews on here, but wanted super hero curtains for kids’ bedroom and couldn’t anything like what i did on their website so decided to take my chances.

Read their policies before ordering so was aware that they have warehouses across the world and shipping/delivery time will depend on which country has the stock.

Made an order with an estimated delivery date end of September/mid October, received them today (17th August)

Happy with the delivery time and quality like in the pictures

CurtiainsIn is terrible

CurtiainsIn is terrible. The company is in China, their website does not say anything about their location. They charge you for the item weeks before they even send it. They have an instant chat, which is nice but useless because they only tell you what you already can see for yourself. It has been over a month and apparently the item still hasn’t reached my country. Never again will I purchase anything from them again.

I wish I had read reviews prior

I wish I had read reviews prior. I odered two items not knowing each item contains two panels. I caught it hours after I placed the order and per their policy you can cancel within 24 hours. I reached out to support and PayPal the same day, have not heard back from support but now its more than 24hrs so I am sure they will try to claim I cannot cancel. I am so disgusted by this. They are stealing and I don't know how they are allowed to do business in the U.S. These Chinese companies pretend they are responding to your concern but its all a scam. No way an American company would be allowed to operate this way. They need to be banned. I realize it will take a long time, but I will pursue formal complaints at the state and federal level. DO NOT BUY FROM CURTAINSIN! Dishonest thieves.

Late, very bad quality, refusing to refund or exchange.

Having received my curtains a month late, (even after paying the extra for the shipping guarantee), they are really poor quality. The images are distorted and there’s no clarity in the colour.

The company are refusing to refund or exchange as they state they sent the correct curtains out, despite the fact they’re defective.

According to their website website they apparently pride themselves on “quality first, customer foremost” but I have not seen evidence of either.

Unfortunately I can’t upload pictures to my review to evidence how bad they are. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

A Happy Ending....

I ordered my curtains on 11th July and received them on 7th August. Such a long wait! Spoke to people on webchat in early hours of the morning (because I am in UK and they are 8 hours ahead) to see what was happening, and actually got specific responses. For the two weeks after shipping got no updates at all, which was quite stressful as had paid out a significant amount of money.

When parcel finally arrived, I was so excited (sad I know), and I wasn't disappointed. The curtains are fabulous, so different and look lovely. Quality of item? Erm, bit rough around the edges, such as brown sewing on white header tape, couple of pom poms fraying, that sort of thing, but good heavy quality and didn't detract from the overall dramatic look.

I'm really not sure if I would purchase from CurtainsIn again, because it takes so long, and obviously I'm one of the lucky ones who's actually received curtains, and I am very happy with them.

So, it's not all doom and gloom. I think CurtainsIn are a legitimate company, but extremely slow in dispatching items, and China Post are even slower (their words, not mine), taking 2 to 4 weeks to ship parcel to destination.

Hope this helps reduce stress levels of those still waiting. Jackie

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Placed my order June 30,2020 it’s August 9,2020 and still haven’t received anything. This order was for Harry Potter curtains for my daughter. I received a USPS tracking on July 17th with no activity. It’s shameful that we allow companies to keep their sites up and active once proven to be fraud.
