Update: Finally received a response from the company with the return address. It's outrageous to be made to pay more than half the item's price just to return it. It’s always such a letdown when hidden costs like these turn a simple return into a major hassle. Hopefully, you won’t have to deal with a situation like this by staying far away from Curvepretty.com!

Received a dress that looks nothing like it did online. Now it's time to return the item, and there's no information available on how to contact the company. Why aren't the return directions and address posted? I've sent several emails without a response. SCAMMERS! Stay far, far away. This is my reminder to purchase state-side. It's easier to hold them accountable.

I've written customer service 3 times and have gotten no response about how to return a dress. It says there's supposed to be a place next to your order at their website to click to return but there isn't. Buyer beware! If you dress doesn't fit, you're going to own it anyway.

Ordered a dress. It's too small and I want to return it. They only have an email to correspond with them. No phone number. I have attempted once and no response. Just attempted again and I'm waiting.

Never received my order, never received a response to my inquiries about where it was, never anything past them taking my payment and giving me a status of… “order received “! Total scam website!!! Don’t order!!!

Just got my dress and I am SO happy !! It took 15 Days to get here to Norway and I could track it all the Way.

Never received my order and company will not respond about a refund. If I could give zero stars I would.
