Sizing was completely off even though I checked each item against the sizing chart. The fabric quality was terrible and didn't match the luxury look in the photos. They claim to have a "30 Day Guarantee" but they don't offer refunds for size exchanges. Shipping was lengthy. I've since seen several photos of the exact items on TEMU. Highly disappointed. If I could give it zero stars I would. I am out a lot of money...
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Fraudulently represents themselves as a small US storefront owned by 2 friends Katie & Kim having a big moving sale with large discounts & low inventory to encourage buyers to check out urgently. In fact, there is no US address & orders are filled through drop shipping from China. The clothes are cheaply made with paper like material. They refuse to refund your purchase, but will give you partial reimbursements or store credits for more cheap purchases. If you insist on returning your merchandise to a US address for a full refund, you only get a China address after multiple email requests, thereby missing your 30 day return window, which gives them another excuse not to refund your purchase. The only choice you have is to document your communication & request a refund from your credit card company.
