Love love love this Faja
Love love love this Faja, the first day was super hard to put on it got easier and easier. This Faja is very comfortable to wear. I can bend over, move around, drive, be active or a bum and it’s still comfy. I wear it all day while constantly drinking water so that zipper on the bottom was a great idea! And I do recommend staying hydrated while wearing any Faja but this one just makes it so much easier!!

Absolutely zero rating
Absolutely zero rating. I bought a short, item was sent to a wrong address. Emailed them, they asked me to contact shipping company. I contacted Aramex the shipping company, they said the address on the package was a different address, sent to Port Macquarie where I live in Sydney. I emailed them again and showed them that they have sent my package to Port Macquarie. They asked me to wait while they are checking with the logistic company. I waited for 3 weeks no response, emailed them again, and again they asked me to wait. One month passed, no one got back to me. Emailed them again and tell them I didn't even want a refund, just wanted the item I paid for. They refuse to issue a refund because of this lazy mistake made within their company. They blocked my email as I have never heard back from them since.
Be careful, poor customer service. They are scammers. This company pays people for fake reviews.
Don't waste your money, buy with someone else.

Long shipping process
I ordered a waist trainer on 2/4/2025. It’s 2/27/2025 and it’s still not here. I’ve reached out to customer service on several occasions and each time i’ve been lied to. It’s not acceptable and I will not order from this company again, I do NOT recommend! Find a different company that’s US based if you’re in the US. Beware!
