Not as expected, extremely dissapointed
I’m extremely disappointed with my purchase. I ordered several pants that were advertised as “butt-lifting,” but they don’t deliver what was promised. The fabric is nothing like what’s shown in the photos — it looks and feels cheap, very low quality. I contacted customer service to return them, and they told me shipping would be too expensive and they couldn’t cover it. Instead, they offered me a 30% discount on my next order, which is ridiculous considering I spent almost $200. I can’t return the items and I’m not happy with any of them. Customer service was terrible, and I honestly feel scammed. I would not recommend this store and I definitely won’t be shopping here again.

Awful experience
I don’t use to make bad reviews but thos experience was awful and frustrating. The quality is very low. They advertised an item a send one totally different. Very inconsistent. Customer care is depressing. I explained that I received the order with wrong items, duplicate ones, and did not send the correct one. They treated as I was making things up. Very rude and disrespectful even showing the pictures, bag with shipping label and all the items received on their packaging they insisted they make no mistake. Will never buy from them again and tell everyone I see considering to buy from them not to do so.

How to Lose a Customer
My order took over a month to arrive and ended up on my doorstep while I was on the very vacation that I ordered it for. Then I discovered that the items did not fit and were cheaply made and did not fit. I tried to get a refund but was told that I because I was international it would cost too much and was offered 20%.

Perfect Sizing and material

Great product with zipper issues
i like the set that i purchased however i had issues with the zipper as soon as i put it on also the shipping of my outfit took a bit. however my items were very cute.

DIFFERENT POOR QUALITY ITEM RECEIVED FROM WHAT IS ADVERTISED!! PLEASE AVOID #SCAMMERS
The item they send was of poor quality, material, less steel bars and TOTALLY DIFFERENT from what i ordered, its a 100% scam.
i ordered for a postpartum curvy faja shorts and it had said that it should have had a double tummy reinforcement, yet it came with only one. I am so disappointed.
I’m trying to go through the return/refund process, but I’m not being offered any real alternatives because I’m in an international region. Telling me that the product is correct yet it was not what i ordered. #People know what they order yet you send different items!!!
Am not crazy to deny my order if it was right!!! and offering a 20% discount on a new purchase is not a fair solution.
This is illegal and way out of order to force an unwanted wrong product on someone and saying to the dissapointed person that we can give you 20% discount but you must buy from us again to recover. Is this not plain daylight admission of wronh doing and theft?
I don’t want to make any further purchases, and I don’t want this product too i want my money back.

The item is labeled as X-Large, but it’s way too small. The size was chosen based on the person’s measurements, and even so, it arrived incorrectly.
I’m trying to go through the return/refund process, but I’m not being offered any real alternatives because I’m in an international region. Telling me to give the item to someone else and offering a 20% discount on a new purchase is not a fair solution.
