I would give this experience 0 if I could. Assumed as the company had a co.uk address returns would be in the Uk. Not the case. After my swimming costume took weeks to arrive, and arrived after we’d gone on holiday, I wanted to return it for a full refund. Had to then wait for customer services to supply the return address, only to receive an ‘offer’ of 10% refund to keep the item. The customer services team just kept ‘offering’ me further discounts for not returning the item. Felt very much like a scam and constantly going back to ask for the return address which they withheld felt like I was being harassed and duped. How is this even legal?? I want to return it for a full refund! Avoid this company at all costs.

I made my order then read the reviews and panicked! As the web page was a .co.uk I was under the impression it was being dispatched from the uk. Unfortunately my two piece didn’t arrive in time for my holidays as it was coming from abroad. I have since received my bather and I have to say I am very impressed with the fit and quality. I am a tall plus size lady with an ample chest! I have tried quite a few swim suits from reputable UK companies, all had to be returned as the fit was either too short in the body or too small in the bust. I haven’t tried my curvy she costume in the water yet, because of the feel of the fabric and the quality of the finish I can’t foresee it being a problem. Oh and it is also very flattering and pretty.

Bought tankini in good faith. Tankini was awful poor quality and unsuitable. Tried to return after 8 emails finaly accepted 40% just to get shot of them. Tankini going to charity shop. Please please do not buy from this company. Awful product Awful service. Steer well clear.

Would give no stars if possible. Terrible company . Won’t give refund . Offered me 30% discount on goods that don’t fit . Told me to gift them or sell them on ! . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM .

I could not pick Zero stars, I had to pick one. DO NOT ORDER from this company!!!!! I implore you do not do it!!! I should have done more research. The clothing looks nice in the picture; however it is very low quality. I ordered based on the size chart which indicated I should order my regular size; got the items, way too small. Sizing is totally off. Requested a refund and was sent the message below. Absolutely accusing customers of not looking at the size chart adding insult by adding multiple question marks, disrespectful and disgusting. They should be ashamed of themselves. They are a total scam, making money off of decent hard working people and they don’t have any regard for customers. Do research you will find all reviews of this company attesting to this same experience.

I have also had a very bad experience with Curvyshe! Just like many others-t Curvyshe do not do returns, exchanges or refunds-no matter what their website states! Isn’t that an advertising falsehood! They also try to talk you out of taking any action at all and keep offering an insufficient reduction. Not good enough! I will never shop with them again and I am trying make a Section 75 claim via my credit card.

I wish I could give a zero rating. I'm still waiting for a "partial" refund as promised since January. Unfortunately I had ordered a selection of swimsuits which did not fit my strange shape. It had stated things could be returned but I was offered a 20% refund and keep the goods as too expensive to return. This changed to 30% then 60% and I am still waiting. I email at Ieast weekly. I am more than £100 out of pocket. How are they allowed to trade? Disgraceful.

Please, don't ever make the mistake of ordering from this company. Rather than allowing me to return 2 swimsuits, I've had offers of partial refunds, discount codes for the future (as if I'd ever order again!) When I said that I wasn't interested in any of this and simply wanted a full refund, I was told that it was impossible because as well as paying for return shipping, they would deduct their initial shipping cost! I have not idea how this company is allowed to continue trading.

This company should not be trading. I ordered two swimsuits which were totally unsuitable and emailed them on three separate occasions asking for a refund. They do not even have the courtesy to acknowledge any communications. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are not to be trusted!!! They tell you not to return goods to the address on their original package, so you don't stand a chance. They should be reported to trading standards and not allowed to trade.

Dispute on going since February 2024. They are a shady company and have a deceptive trade practices.
I have been waiting since February for my refund.
One of the iteam purchased was too small they advised would not give a full refund only a %. Other purchase (swimwear) did not arrive no refund given.
Emailed numerous times same response "waiting for finance department to action".
I would advise not to use company.

Very poor customer service!
Items took forever to arrive and when they quality was very poor.
They zero returns policy!
Kept emailing me telling me I would have to return the items to a zip code in New Jersey at my own expense.
Eventually I have agreed to a 50% discount and to keep the items and give them to charity.
I will never use this company again, my advice would be to avoid at all costs!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not refund you as stated in their returns policy. They bully you into taking lesser offer. I'm still waiting for refund since early April.

It seems I've been scammed by this company too. I wish I'd checked Trustpilot first, lesson learnt.
I ordered 3 items, one was never dispatched, because they didn't have it in stock. They keep telling me I've been refunded but the money is not in my account.
The other 2 items took ages to arrive, I want to send them back because the quality is bad.
Like the rest of you I was offered a 20% refund and to keep the goods. I don’t want them either and have asked for an address to return them.
I doubt I'll get my money back but I'm going to contact Citizens Advice anyway. This company should not be allowed to trade.

This company are based overseas somewhere and do not operate by U.K. trading standards

I ordered a tankini set before reading the negative reviews. Thought that was that - £34 I'll never see again! How wrong I was. Less than a week later I received it. Good communication and great quality product. I would use this company again.

Ordered 3 items, received email re order. After a couple of days I checked order status and it said not fulfilled. Contacted company to be told 2 items not available and to choose alternatives. I requested a refund several times. Now told it will take 5 -15 days for my refund. Also said if not received after 30 days to recontact them. Is this a scam ,talking money for goods that are not available and then holding on to the money. Do not buy from this site.

DO NOT ORDER. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago. Never received a confirmation email. Never received my order. Couldn't track my order. I emailed them and got no reply

THIS COMPANY MUST BE STOPPED TRADING IN THE UK. MY EXPERIENCE ON TRYING TO RETURN GOOD TO THEM IS EXACTLY THE SAME AS ALL THE OTHER COMMENTS ON THIS SITE. ON THEIR WEB SITE THEY ADVERTISE FREE RETURNS AND FULL REFUNDS, THIS IS NOT THE CASE, DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR TRAP. I SHALL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER.
