Impossible to return items! They do not accept refunds, basically. HOW is this company still allowed to trade? Reported to trading standards. My advice is: do not accept any bartering they do. If we all stick together and report the company then eventually it will be investigated. This is harder if customers have accepted new terms and agreements. BOYCOTT THIS BUSINESS

Same! Why didn’t I read these reviews before purchasing.
I have managed to get 50% back after a long email trail, but it is still 50% short. They try and tell you that it costs sooo much to send back to the USA, that it is better for you to settle with 10 or 20 or 40 or 50% refund maybe with vouchers etc etc. They wouldn’t have it even when I did all the maths for them, to prove that I was out of pocket. In the end I settled as I wasn’t getting anywhere, but feel I should have stood my ground.

RETURNS TO AMERICA
I ordered from this site and when I wanted to return some items it quickly became apparent that THEY DO NOT WANT YOU TO RETURN ITEMS. So don't order for choice or to check out the size. Like other reviewers it was a battle of the emails culminating in being told that returns were dealt with in AMERICA and one has to pay the cost for this which would be over £20. The company should make this clear on their site.

Appalling company. I bought 2 swimming costumes, one of which doesn’t fit. I emailed asking for a returns label. I got offered a £10 refund and that I could keep the item. I refused as the item doesn’t fit. I then got offered £15 refund and 20% off my next order. I’m STILL waiting for my refund and no chance I will EVER be using this scam company again. Please don’t do what I did, read the reviews and stay well away from this cheap tacky Chinese company

How I wish I researched the reviews first. I am in the same position gettting no response to sending my order back which does not fit. Have been trying for nearly a month now.
Shocking how can they still be trading with this much lack of satisfaction it is not that they are just slow they are static in terms of delivering for the customer.

This company should not be allowed to sell products. Wish I had read the reviews first but when they came up at the top of my Google search I expected them to be a reputable company. They aren’t based in the UK. Delivery was very slow. 3 out of the 4 items I ordered don’t fit and now they are trying to offer me 20% of the initial price I paid. Not sure how they can get away with this legally considering the have a refund policy.

I placed an order for several pieces of swimwear, with the intention of choosing the best fit. After a couple of weeks of not receiving I contacted the email address- very prompt and helpful reply saying- they are on their way. 3 days later on my doorstep.
Having tried them on I need to return all items. Checked the website for return details, emailed mulitiple times and low and behold no reply! Thankfully I paid through PayPal!! I wish I’d read the reviews first!!! Please …… spend your money wisely and DO NOt use this company, you’ll likely end up out of pocket!!!!

I think they are also operating as Freecurvy as I had exactly the same experience. I got sent the items, wanted to return them, was told I couldn’t and would I accept 50% as compensation. PayPal refunded the money. Awful company.
Awful Customer service
After they sent me the wrong size, I tried to organise to return it. I was told it wasn't cost-effective for me, so they would offer me a £5 refund. For a £25.99 item. Apparently the only warehouse that takes returns is in the US (despite being sent with a UK courier and with all reference numbers coming back to a UK origin.) After 2 weeks of them refusing to give me details of how to return and low balling refund amounts, I gave up and accepted a £20 refund. 2 weeks ago. Still haven't been reimbursed and my last 2 emails have been completely ignored. Customer service is shocking

I'm asking my credit card company to get involved
I ordered two costumes - at least one size bigger than usual, I have had experience with companies such as this and know that their sizing can be on the small size.
I paid £55.90. When they hadn't arrived after two weeks I sent an email and was told that when I ordered the costumes I hadn't added my delivery address... How can that happen? However, when they arrived I carefully tried them on but they were too small. I viewed the returns policy and emailed for a returns address. I was offered £9 and told that I could keep the costumes. I wrote back stating it was kind but that the costumes cost £55.90 and that they were of no use. £9 would not buy a costume. To date, I still don't have an address to return them to. I intend today to lodge a complaint with my credit card company in the hope that they will resolve the matter. Thanks for reading. If you are experiencing similar problems I wish you luck
