Horrible policies and did not honor policy. They said they did returns but when I wanted to return, they said they didn’t have a place in the US to receive it and therefore my only option was to get a 20% refund and keep the shoes. It’s been eight weeks and they still haven’t given me the 20% back. Every time I write, they give me a run around that they are escalating my request, but it’s just generated AI emails. Do not buy from this company!

after a month I contacted the credit card company hoping to cancel the order but cushiecushion sent out the obvious counterfeit Ugg slippers instead of refunding my money. The slippers smell horrible and are junk- I ordered Ugg brand and paid over $100. The refund policy they offered me is to send them to China at my expense and they'll decide if they will refund my money. The cost to send them to China is $232.74. The slippers return label on the box is from CA90022 and the company address is in Buffalo NY

This company will not honor their 100% money back guarantee that is clearly stated on their website. It took way longer to anticipate to receive my order and once received (after Christmas) they did not fit. We used the sizing measurements on the website and they were way too small. I tried to contact the company after reviewing the return guidelines and they told me all they could offer me was 15% of the cost or a 25% gift card for their website. Then they completely stopped answering my emails. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They also told me that "All of our sizes were unisex and the options on the website are based on Women's sizes" How can they be unisex and women's sizes at the same time?

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! complete scam and the slides look like they are from the dollar store. TERRIBLE customer service and won’t let you return item (unless you pay for shipping to china) and you won’t be credited your money back!!!

I like many others have been scammed. I bought shoes that said Uggs when I first clicked on the page. After I ordered them I realized within minutes they weren’t Uggs. I sent an email immediately requesting to cancel my order. 4 days later I received a response it was too late; the order already shipped. 4 weeks later, the item showed up. Very poor quality. I immediately started emailing the company requesting a return slip so I could send them back. After 12 days, they still won’t send me a slip. They have offered me 5% off my next purchase, which will NEVER happen!! Now they just ignore me emails. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. Save yourself the hassle, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

WOW!!! I guess my husband should’ve read the reviews before buying what he thought were Tasmanian slippers from Uggs.
They never showed up, so he filed a complaint with our credit card company begging us to stop the hold on it.
We had gotten no emails, no texts, or a tracking number. Mysteriously 2 weeks after he filed the dispute, and after Christmas, the FAKE shoes showed up addressed by someone named Jane. No last name, but out of New Jersey.

The shoes were NOT UGGS, and I can’t find a way to contact them for a refund.
What a horrible scam this is. The BBB should shut them down.

Never received my order. Customer service answered email queries with a stock email. Tracking number is if no value. And Shop.com is a sad joke where this company is concerned. They merely give you the same tired announcement on the product with never an update. In my opinion they're a total scam.

Completely scam the have 2 different companies one is a “shark Cushie cushions slides” (716) 226-1705 with a disconnected phones number, and “Cushie Cushions Slides” with a completely different number 929-376-2387 which is also disconnected! Stay away I connected multiple online security company’s to help put a stop to this scamming along with companies like “shop” APP that works with them and didn’t know they where scamming there customers!

Scam company! stay away! False advertizer.. they show a picture of in their ad which is different from what we were sent and they want us to pay for return shipping!

Never received my order. Cannot track the item. Customer service does not answer my many email inquiries. Phone calls to the number does not go through. Definitely a scam or horrible company, stay far away. Deserves negative stars!

I ordered these slippers a month ago and still not here and you can’t track the item. I’ve emailed their email numerous times with no response. $40 for slippers that you don’t receive or can’t track, they need shut down.

order hasn’t came and it’s been like a month or more and i think it’s a scam

It took almost two months for my order to arrive. Once it arrived smelled so bad that I had to take it immediately outside and put it in the trash. Horrible experience!!
I tried emailing and contacting them several times but I did not hear back from anyone.

Never received. We got an email stating they were shipped on 1/20. We didn’t even order until 1/23😂. Calls and emails are unanswered. Scam company.

It took over a month to get the product. The slippers are medium quality and much too small. I have repeatedly requested a Return Authorization code because returns are not accepted without one. There had been no response to emails and phone calls.
