Poor customer service…
Positioned and sized all the photos on the template how I wanted them before I sent it. When cushion arrived, the person who the cushion was for was chopped off as was a part of the central main picture where a birthday cake was chopped off which was an important part of that photo. Contacted customer services by email twice but never had a reply back about my queries. Very disappointed.

It was just a cushion cover. Was expecting a finished cushion. Had to go and buy a separate cushion to make it usable.

Order didn’t arrive
I ordered it the first of December and sent emails on the 22nd and 24th and 28th and a few more after to see what was happening with it and no reply until mid January I emailed saying I want a refund and only then I got a reply to get it back.
