Ordered a Pink Floyd whiskey glass as a gift. Email received as confirmation but no updates on expected delivery. Emailed "Customer Services" for an update and the Email bounced back. Ordered in November and still no updates so an obvious scam. Luckily paid for an Credit Card so arranged a Chargeback and had a refund. The cheeky company have challenged the chargeback but Credit Card company say there are no grounds. Avoid at all costs!

I would rate this company as a zero, if possible. Bought 4 Monopoly board games from them in October 2025. I paid by the Shop app (who have no accountability or culpability) and Cusly provided me with tracking details. Cusly are purportedly UK based but my parcel was coming from China! I waited for my delivery but it never came, so I contacted the courier who said that they were waiting to receive my parcel.
Cusly never replied to any emails.
TOTAL SCAM. AVOID

I had the same experience as others have outlined. I received an order confirmation email, then nothing. I emailed the support email address but email delivery failed. I have no way of contacting the vendor and no product. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company.

AVOID!!! I never buy off these kind if sites but I thought they were ok. I’ve tried emailing them and they just bounce back. Absolute scammers!!!

Scam operation. Ordered goods end of October. Meant to arrive between 10-14 days. They did not. I have emailed to no avail. No one replies. Do not waste your money as I did.

Avoid at all costs, defo a scam. Been waiting for an item for nearly a month but shipping was meant to take 5 - 8 days. No response from chaser emails or anything. Email address provided is just a hotmail account which I couldn't check before purchasing. Wish I had checked reviews of Cusly first. Lesson learned!

Item orederd 31st October. This now December and its not arrived. No customer service available. Twenty quid down the drain

placed an order through shopify. got the confirmation. waited about 2 weeks for any form of notice of shipment etc. nothing. clicked link supplied with order confirmation and got a "the link you followed is no longer available" . tried to submit a report to shopify but since the store link url is invalid you can not submit a report to shopify so no resolution. Thankfully I contacted my credit card company and their reversed the original charge. But if you search "Cusly" online it still opens to their online store and is active. This store needs to be closed down!

Placed order over 1 month ago. Email receipt received. Have emailed company as no tracking details given - no response. Very disappointed

Ordered 07/10/25 still no sign of the VE glass can't contact them stay clear

Placed order a month ago , received no follow up or item.

I placed an order with Cusly on the 8th October 2025. I tried the email , no answer .it's now the 4th of December '25
I received a receipt email but no further correspondence or tracking number .
The site /app is closed .
I presume this is a scam . I always check sites first but in this case failed due diligence..

Dont buy… Its a fraud! Order never arrived and contact mail does not work. The website link in the mail confirmation, get you to a porn website

Products don’t exist and contact details aren’t real.

Placed an order nearly a month ago, received order confirmation but no order number, no tracking information. Have tried to email them but the customer service email isn't valid. So my hard earned money was taken from my account, NO delivery and no way to contact them. This was to be a Xmas present for my husband. If I could give no stars I would because this is just a scam and the money taken represents 2 hours work for me. Its absolutely disgraceful that bogus companies like this get away with what is essentially fraud.

I placed an order on October 11th and did not receive my order. I’ve emailed them twice and haven’t received a reply.

Complete scam. Order never arrived. Link no longer valid. Money taken. Have sent 4 emails and no response. This was to be a Christmas present for my daughter. They've taken my money and will not respond. Should not be allowed take any orders or anyones hard earned money. It's disgraceful that they continue to be allowed do this!

What went wrong is there's no communication , no tracking no nothing ive been waiting for 4 months for an item (which i know now ill never see) my mistake for even buying ....if I could give a 0 then I woukd have
