Apperantly I need to find a therapist…

Apperantly I need to find a therapist as regarding the owner who is the customer support executive behind the emails. She addressed such expression to me over an email. Apperantly my approach is inapropriete and aggressive as I tried to push out a date when I gonna have my parcels.. Long story short, I placed an order last Saturday. On Monday Ive reached out whether they have been taken note of my order. It's been confirmed, then it has been told Wednesday I will have a notification of the shipping. By the afternoon I had nothing received and I reached out again.. apperantly a bar tape they have not had in stock which I have ordered (2) so they have to reorder from their supplier. Fine. Yet I have questioned this as their system let me put the item(S) in the basket and I had no indication of low stock or 1 in stock..so I asked what do I expect then the items will be dispatched and delivered to me then if the one I ordered still enroute? As we have been already lost 4 days out of the promised 6-9 business days delivery I had a doubt I will receive them the time I would have been available to receive them... For this I got an answer that what is my problem as everything processed as said.. She is literally "sick and tired" of asking her about a delivery date or time as she told me already.. and again if an item on route on Wednesday and not yet received how it will be dispatched to me the same day.. ( all this after I reached out on Monday , then follow up on Wednesday when I have been informed their OOS item still on its way ) I thought she is an employee who doesn't give a damn and represented such arrogance and attitude so I replied to thank this manner.. then I got an email that better I found a therapist as seems I have issues and learn to be kind... I can screenshot all the conversations if needed.. someone putting personal feelings or problems or unable to follow or understand someone enquire ( that was my first time I have ordered from their site never know them before ) and send me to hell sort of it's never happened which I can prove it with dozens of emails especially nowadys when I'm in a middle of a building process of my bike from scratch...I have ordered items from Japan, US, UK ( best customer service and support ) Netherlands etc and now Germany... Ridiculous attitude and honestly I don't wanted to write a review to be a malicious individual but someone acting and reacting this way it's either suffers personal issues, impatience putting on others ( maybe that's why I got suggested a therapist as she might seeing a srink ) but should not be the others side of the email or whatsoever a person is must remain professional and not putting sort of personal feelings in a business,regardless.. and I'm not coming with I'm in a CS or sales and commercial business ( but I am ) I still struggle sometimes to underhand people or my customers after 10 years ..
So she denied my order , yet still waiting the refund - apparently never wanna do business with me ( acting like I am a long time business partner who screwed her over with something ) Apperantly I am the numero 1 has the order denied in 11 years ( I doubt ) but for me surely the first I'm dealing with such person or business as hers.
I took it as someone had a bad day did not take any words personally.

Good webshop, would buy again

Only webshop in Europe I could find that had the headset bearings I needed. Their webshop has good photos, good descriptions, ordering to the Netherlands was easy, shipping time was OK (they said it'd be 5-8 days because of Christmas holidays, that was correct), customer service (I asked when it'll arrive) gave a prompt response, would order again
