I was then contacted and we discussed the requirements and i was given great tips and advice. Andrew provided a great service for my 4mm scale (1:76) decals, readily making changes as I amended what I wanted on the final sheet. The decals are high quality, the print is clean and crisp and the sheet layout allows each decal to be easly removed. The sheet came with detailed application instructions which are clear and easy to follow; there is also a informative video on the website which was very helpful. Overall a great service and high quality product.

Was absolutely amazing so helpful actually went out of there way to save me money, in the future I will definitely use them for other products the response was second to none great customer service I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH!!!!!!

Andrew at Custom Model Decals was extremely helpful with discussing the decals I required and offer much expert advice and guidance regarding how they could be made and the best options for using them to get the desired result. The decals themselves were spot on, very nicely printed and exactly as per the design I supplied. The turn around time for producing the decals and posting them out was brilliant and exactly as promised. The price was also very competitive and in my opinion a real bargain considering the high quality and speed of service.

The crew at Custom Model Decals were great. They not only produced great decals (the core point) but were able to discern and find a particular image that I couldn't determine from the original photo. Above and beyond.

Andrew supplied lovely 7mm Lynton & Barnstaple decals to me in Australia.

The process was painless and quick from the UK, with excellent communication. (Postal delivery once the decals were in Australia took some time - but that's just how things are with postal deliveries inside Australia at the moment).

I had contacted CMD in the hope of replicating portions of an out-of production item which I had scratched together. They were very helpful, producing an excellent draft design and even suggesting an alternative course of action which I followed in sourcing my requirement. I took their advice, but initiated a new, different project to which they responded very well. Their accuracy was well beyond my needs. The timeliness of their responsiveness was at benchmark level.

Because few monitors are calibrated perfectly, I would suggest that one check carefully about the color accuracy of their proposal. I'm sure they would be responsive.

Excellent service. Great communication at all stages. The finished product is of a very high quality, I look forward to applying them to many models in the future.

Andrew has led me though the maze of generating a set of decals for my train to an ultimately successful result.
He has continued to provide friendly support helping me to discuss ideas that might not have been natural for me, skillfully converting those ideas into graphical processing, and going well beyond the nominal expectation when the post-office conspired to destroy the first delivery.
I am very pleased with the results, and will be making plans for further decal developments with him.

Having discussed with Andrew what I was looking for, the completed decals arrived within two weeks and were excellent. The colours were dense, the white printed extremely well and all the lettering was sharp. Well done, and will use again.

Very happy with the results and service. Again very fast and prompt service and helpful. Had a range of different transfers done this time and after a small issue appear to be ok now. Can’t knock the assistance so 5 stars again . Keeping website bookmarked :)
