Item never arrived. "tracking" is a joke and unlike any legit tracking I have ever seen. I believe this to be a scam. After waiting a month and the item constantly being "rerouted, due to me moving" (I have not moved) they have the nerve to ask me to pay an additional shipping fee to ship another one. Chalk this up as a loss.
Complete scam. Ordered a Christmas gift on 12/11. It is now 2/1 and it has still not arrived. I have contacted the company over and over for a refund and they just state that the shipping is being updated and to be patient. Do not buy anything from this website.
