Perfect! I love my bed so much it is absolutely stunning

My husband and I just received our custom California bed from The Custom Bed Company, and I am truly beyond happy. This bed is everything I dreamed of and more. From the moment it arrived, I literally stood there just admiring how beautiful it is. The craftsmanship, the design, and the overall presence it brings to our bedroom is absolutely stunning.

What made this experience even more special was working with Sammy. From the very beginning, he was incredible. He is personable, responsive, kind, and genuinely passionate about what he does. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in every piece he creates. Throughout the entire process he made us feel comfortable, answered every question quickly, and made sure every detail of our bed was exactly what we envisioned.

Ordering custom furniture can sometimes feel stressful, but Sammy made the entire process feel effortless and enjoyable. His communication was amazing, and he kept us updated every step of the way.

When our bed was finally delivered, it honestly felt like a dream come true. The custom design makes our bedroom feel elegant, luxurious, and completely unique. You can see the attention to detail and the quality immediately.

I ordered fabric samples over a month ago and was immediately charged for my order. The samples never arrived. Now, over a month later, I received an email saying they had been shipped which was supposed to contain a tracking number, but no tracking number was provided.

If I can do 10 stars I would!!
Sammy and his team is the sweetest people. SOO quick to respond and turn around time was super fast. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great quality bed. I would definitely buy again from there. Custombedco is legit and it’s been a pleasure to work with them.

I found this bed through a viral video and custombedco reached out to me as I was in search of where the bed came from. From the beginning, ordering the bed I was so indecisive and inquired about 3 different luxurious beds. Sam was incredibly helpful and patient with me. There was clear communication throughout the process he updated me on my custom order same day and sometimes within minutes!!!! The delivery was seamless and super fast and professional. This is my forever bed and is thee best gift I have ever bought for myself !!! I’m so glad I came across that viral video this bed is everything I’ve ever dreamed of and I will tell everyone about it.

They're wonderfully responsive and they make beautiful beds. It's so challenging to find high quality, handmade upholstered beds in actually modern styles made in the USA, but this group is exactly that. And for the quality of craftsmanship and service, the price is honestly a steal. The bed's simple to put together with high quality hardware and real solid wood supports. The bed doesn't wiggle at all, it's nicer than 99% of hotel beds I've been in. Even my mattress feels more comfortable! And thanks to the fabric samples, I was able to choose the PERFECT material!

I have 3 large dogs so we wanted a custom bed made for 2 queen beds! I reached out to The Custom Bed Company and told them what I was looking for. I used examples of what they had but they literally let me make my own bed and add many custom details. Measuring was so easy bc they have been making custom beds for so long. Once we finalized the details which was very easy through phone calls and texts, the next thing I know I get a call saying they are delivering my bed this weekend! It was so fast. They arrived on time, so professional and clean. It took them about 30 minutes or so to put my custom bed together and it is beyond what I could have ever asked for. If you are thinking of getting a bed made or need an odd shaped bed, use the customer bed company, they won’t let you down!

The craftsmanship, the quality, the price, and the personalized customer service was AMAZING!!! Our bed looked even better in person...we were THOROUGHLY impressed. The Miami is a BEAUTIFUL bed!!!

I am totally grateful to The Custom Bed Company. When I placed the order, they answered my questions very kindly. Together we chose what was best for me. And believe me when I tell you, they have the best prices on the market. I did my research and yes… they were the ones with the best prices, but above all, they did excellent work. I highly recommend them.

Very nice quality the bed looks luxurious and very fast customer service

My experience with this company was incredibly good. I was having a hard time to find the right bed for my bedroom and Sammy was very professional and kind helping throughout the process. To build my bed was so easy, I just needed to pick a model and give him the measurements and he made my dream bed come to reality. It was ready and delivered before the expected time, the bed looks beautifully made, very good quality material and it’s exactly the color I picked out. Extremely happy with my experience and with my new bed!

I am very pleased with my king size bed and the customer service is absolutely amazing!!! They came and delivered my bed in the middle of a snow storm. They are very professional and Sammy did everything he can to make the sale/transaction go smoothly. I love my bed. Thank you guys for your professionalism.

I’m not a person who writes reviews but I would give this a 6 starts if it’s possible! What aGorgeous bed, exactly what I wanted and even looks better in person than pictures ! If you are looking for a unique beautiful bed this is the right place ! Waseem is an amazing person very helpful and knowledgeable also I appreciated him responding to me every single time I asked something!! Amazing experience 😊

Wow !! I am so in love with my new bed ! Waseem at Custombedco made ordering seamless and answered all my questions so quickly. He was always available whenever I had questions. Waseem and Sarif assembled the bed, so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Waseem was very knowledgeable about mattresses, so he put something in place for my temper pedic. I recommended this place to my family and friends for the amazing customer service and unique plus high quality beds.

Never got the order

I love my Aiyla bed from this company! I wanted to place a huge 55" Sony tv in it so I had to make some small modifications. It turned out perfectly! Really a 45" or smaller tv would probably be the best because the tv is close to you. Everybody in my household wants one now too!

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at custombedco, and i must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. As someone who values quality, affordability, and exceptional customer service, I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase.

Ive been trying to replace my old and cheap frame. I did so much research for months but couldn't find a frame that gave luxury and elegance in the USA. Until I came across these bed designs but to my luck it was only shipped in the UK. After months looking for a better bed that was UK looking, I then came across Custom Bed Co. on TikTok. I soon went to their website and saw they were based in the US. I was a little hesitant because they just had created the website and social media platforms which I then learned that the owner had just moved from the UK and had started his company here but Yay!!! Finally. The owner was very attentive from the moment I was on the website, we spoke through their chat system and he made sure all my concerns were answered. I liked one of their designs but I wanted to add something more and he did. The bed was supposed to take 7 weeks to produce, and I had it installed in just 4 weeks. They came to my house and installed it for me, and were so nice. I love my bed SO MUCH, I keep bragging about it to my friends and family. Its giving luxury, not even the hotel beds look this nice.

This was the most awful experience ever the bed that came in was damaged uneven didn’t look how i ordered it and was soo poorly made and when i contacted them about it to send the bed back and get a refund the company’s owner just disappeared and stopped answering me. They are frauds and do not order from them
