Have bought quite a few items from this company. Never a problem, jobs well done.

Made an order in December waited patiently and never received shipping information. Attempted multiple times over several weeks to contact customer service via email and did not receive a response. Finally initiated a Paypal claim in February and only then did I receive an email response stating the order would be sent "by the end of the week". I still wanted the order so I waited two weeks and nothing. Had no choice but to continue the Paypal claim process. Paypal said that they also were not receiving a response. Received a refund of the purchase amount from Paypal in March, a full three months after placing the order. Really would have rather just gotten the item but it is what it is. Unfortunately there is no option for a zero-star rating.

4 weeks from ordering which is fine..
Only dissatisfaction is the ammo box handle containing the remaining gifts is broken.
If you are ordering for a specific date ie. Birthday best order well in advance.
I would definitely recommend CC for gifts for ex services 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Ordered a gift for my brother and have been waiting for 3+ weeks for delivery which there is no ability to track so I thought I’ll email, them probably some valid reason. NO REPLY. so I called them and you guessed it they don’t answer phones either so needless to say I will never ever use such a pathetic organisation again I recommend you don’t either

I ordered 6 whisky tumblers and to have them engraved with a completely unique design I was in a panic my son inlaw was coming home sooner than expected even though it was Xmas they did the engraving and had the glasses delivered within 4 working days so a big big thank you the glasses are perfect

I ordered a personalised 50 caliber bottle opener for my uncle with his regiment badge and name on it. The workmanship was outstanding and the display box was great. I gave it to my uncle and he absolutely loved it! He was overwhelmed and said how much it meant to him. Thank you custom calibers ❤️

Bought a customised Clipper Bullet Lighter as a gift for my uncle for Custom Calibers. Didn't realise these are actually made from a live fired weapon. This just made it all the more special a present as a 60th birthday gift for my uncle. Really well packaged ready for a gift bag! Perfect! Great response from customer care also for any info. A++++

It seems as though I ordered for the for the wrong type of pen but it's been sorted now.

I've now purchased two of their .50 cal 'weathered' bottle openers, one for a mate's 50th and another as a retirement gift for a colleague I deployed with a couple of years ago. The engraving on both is exceptional, well defined and incredibly accurate. If you're looking for something unique or out-of-the ordinary then I'd highly recommend them

Always a pleasure doing business with Custom Calibers. I messaged to ask if they had previously done a Batman logo - they hadn't but they did have a Matt Black .50cal bottle opener and the gift box was a nice finishing touch for a brothers birthday present something a bit unusual (being an actual fired round).

Very positive when ordrering, but thereafter - terrible. Haven't received anything yet and the company isn't sharing any information.
