Had a minor issue with the initial order as the website wouldn't accept the order, this was quickly resolved by the company - then slightly longer than expected delivery, but the item arrived in good condition and is a nice talking point!

Awesome product. Took quite a while to arrive so order in plenty of time but worth the wait. Really nicely presented and great for a gift.

I bought a 50 calibre bottle open and had it personalised and I must say it looks fantastic. If you’re after something unique I’d definitely recommend these guy’s. I’ll be definitely buying again in the future.

Excellent communication after I'd made a mistake ordering. Definitely would recommend.

I'd made an order a month ago for a friend's 40th and opted to even pay extra for faster delivery to make sure it arrived in time for the celebration. Unfortunately after all this time the order still hasn't arrived and despite 3 emails and then using the contact us form on their website I still haven't had a response or update about where the gift is.
It's a tad embarrassing having to keep apologising to my friend that he still doesn't have his gift. I understand through covid there has been some tough times on businesses but considering the current climate and how we are no longer in any lockdown measures surely a reply to an email and an update of the situation isn't too much to ask for.
