I have not received a refund. Please correct asap. $93 is a lot of money to not be returned.

I still haven’t received my items and there has been no update since my purchase a week ago. Our wedding is in a couple of days and was hoping to have them before then.

I was promised a necklace within 3-5 business days and it has now been almost a week. I paid extra even to get the necklace within 72 hours, I get that things happen, but some communication would be nice. I have gotten nothing about the delay.

I give only one star because how can you ask for a review when I haven’t received my order that is super late, it’s was a gift for my best friend and you guys doesn’t explain that 3-5 business day for shipping don’t include processing time even I make my order 11 days before traveling. Ada Peralta

Very great products at a great price! The website was extremely easy to navigate, spotting the perfect jewelry for me. The shipping and tracking of the product was seamless.

I would strongly advise against ordering from this company. My experience has been extremely disappointing.

I ordered a custom cuff bracelet with engraved coordinates. The product photos on their website clearly show black engraving, which is why I purchased it — I had ordered the same bracelet from them a few years ago and wanted a matching replacement. However, the bracelet I received arrived with colourless engraving, making the coordinates barely visible.

When I raised this with the company, their response was dismissive. Rather than taking responsibility for misleading product images, they insisted the difference was due to "lighting" and engraving variations, despite their listings showing only the black-engraved version. They refused to acknowledge that the item I received did not match what was advertised.

What was most frustrating was not just the product itself, but the complete lack of empathy and accountability in their customer service. They hid behind technical explanations and fine print instead of offering any practical solution (such as a replacement or refund). For a purchase meant as a sentimental anniversary gift, their unwillingness to make things right felt incredibly disappointing and dismissive.

Support doesn’t respond to emails, I paid for a tracking information that hasn’t been updated since August 7, and I have no idea where my anniversary gift is that that’s late. Not to mention they have no physical phone number. Don’t waste your time or money with a company that will not respond or give you information. Then not even deliver the item you’re supposed to have.

Despite ordering my bracelet with expedited shipping and priority order I still did not get my bracelet in time. This is is the worst service and you all should be ashamed of yourselves.

I bought one for myself and another for my partner with a date that means a lot to us. The reactions were priceless. It’s such a beautiful way to keep something close to your heart literally. The packaging was lovely too, perfect for gifting.

The entire order felt like an experience from the intuitive customization tool to the gorgeous packaging. When I opened it, I genuinely felt like I was opening a gift, even though I bought it for myself.

I paid extra for 2-4 day delivery. This is a lie. It has been 5 business days and I do not have the items. I downloaded the app to track the purchase and it doesn't give any details at all; it says no tracking information available . Never again.

You can tell this jewelry is made thoughtfully. The quality is exceptional and the meaning behind it is powerful.

The Calming Collar is worth every penny. My dog used to tremble during thunderstorms, but now he’s relaxed and calm even during heavy rain and thunder.

My bracelet came out better than expected. The engraving is crisp and clean, and the cuff fits comfortably on my wrist. It’s now one of my favorite pieces.
