Paid for Next Day Air and four days later go an email saying it was delayed. Custom Dynamics refused to do anything to but a store credit for the shipping cost. Erin Armitage is a rude nasty customer service person. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else. I will try and post the things they said.

I bought an Extended handlebar wiring kit from this company. When dry fitting the wires to my existing wires I noticed my controls had 3 wires that were not Included the kit. I emailed them and they offered to have they're tech service call me? What could they possibly do for me If the 3 colored wires weren't included? Then they said they normally don't do returns but would make an exception for me. I had to pay postage to send this kit back. Good Company?? you tell me.

With your help and also some help from ChatGPT I was able to narrow my bikes lighting problem down to the windshield trim light bar. There were some segments of the light bar that were not working. I unplugged this light bar and reconnected my saddlebag lids lights and my trailer lights came on and are working correctly. 
Thanks for explaining the operation of the BCM and how the running lights power the DL1 module through the wake wire. I would never have figured this out with out your help. I am thankful Custom Dynamics has a tech help phone service. Thank you Don Woods.

After I placed order the CD customer service team contacted me to confirm because they noticed I was in NZ but the lights I ordered only fitted US model Harley’s. They pointed me to the current version and cancelled my original order without charge. Very responsive to emails and very helpful. Highly recommended. Just make sure you order parts to fit HDI models if not in US.
