It's a completely scam. I ordered an embroidered hoodie the 21/03/2023, 12 days ago, and I'm still waiting for some kind of update that could show that this company ACTUALLY EXISTS. I sent a couple messages to the different emails they have and I never got an answer. The app they share to follow the shipping doesn't say when it will be delivered, with what company or from actually where. It just says that it will be delivered at some point, which by now is a total lie. I got tired of waiting so I denounced it in paypal and received my money instantly. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY!

I am writing this review on Dec 1 as I ordered a sweater September 23rd, provided a correct address, never got the item, emailed literally 20 times back and forth. During the tracking, photos of the package were a random toyota car part box (clearly not a photo of a sweater) and did not align with the dates of it getting here. The item said "in transit" and then the next day "destroyed overseas". I checked daily for the item. Seller blaming me for not having the correct address (I always use this address, it is the correct address). Highly unprofessional, definitely a scam. Their website just takes you to another website. Probably the most unprofessional "company" I have ever interacted with. Still don't have a refund. Don't waste your time or money.

SCAM!!! If I could leave a 0 I would. Only half of my order arrived and what did come was very poor quality. It is a screen print of embroidery outline. When contacted regarding order they offered less what I paid. DO NOT ORDER

The worst quality and they do not respond when you want a return. STAY AWAY.

AVOID. Scam company who did not send the whole order and the quality is awful. Cheap and from china with awful embroidery with everything coming loose and dirty. Stopped replying to emails too. I’ve followed up with trading standards also.

I never leave negative reviews but this company is the most frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing company that I have ever worked with. I ordered an embroidered sweatshirt for my boyfriend's birthday and received the product late and it was not the size I ordered (too small). The sweatshirt was also low quality and the embroidery was poor at best. I contacted the costumer service email to discuss an exchange or return and it took about three emails to get a response. The company refused to send me a shipping label to return, they suggested that the package would get lost if I tried to return my item, they offered me $5 for a $40 product, and they are extremely rude and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this brand.

I paid to embroider a pic onto a hoodie and the hoodie that arrived was horrific quality and the embroidering looked nothing like the photo - it looked like my 3 year old niece was let loose with t needle and thread. AWFUL EXPERIENCE

I wish i didnt even have to leave a star because this company is BULLSHI! they dont give you any information about your order 6-12 days my ass its been a month and still nothing its a fake Chinese scam they all deserve to be in prison for robbery and fraud and i was stupid enough to fall for it

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Fraudulent business! I ordered a jumper that was meant to be embroidered. The jumper arrived 2 sizes too small. Wrong colour. The ‘embroidery’ was a white ironed on sticker that was already peeling off and it was meant to be black. AVOID THIS BUSINESS

Custom sweater I ordered for a gift came with loose threads hanging out all over the place, and the custom design was supposed to be stitched with brown thread yet it arrived with a white sticker of the design that was ironed on. I paid for vip shipping as well which costed a lot and upon sending them all the pictures of everything that was wrong/damaged they said they could give me $5 return. Absolutely garbage company, false advertising, terrible product, and poor customer service.

Zero stars. Dont order product will never come. Suppose to be here in 2 weeks, been well over a month. Theyre giving me the run around and wont refund. Told me to contact shipping company but they have no product to ship

I order a picture stupid picture really. Found the ad on FB and I paid for VIP shipping and also tip of 2 dollars. Never got my order the company stopped replying to me the shipping company said we received the order info just no product yet. I one time got ahold of a chat person she said to go to this website pay a 1 to chat and I will be refunded ya right. I asked to be refunded we will see if not I will contact my credit card

This company doesn't deserve even 1 star. Disputing the charge. Product never received. Tracking number is never recognized. Disappointed. I really wanted the product.

Purchased 2 heart shaped puzzles as Christmas gifts back in November, I paid extra for gel coating and for gift boxes. Took 6 weeks to get my items and when I received them half my order was missing and the puzzle was literally printed on cardboard, square and not even a heart shape. I emailed the company and they ignored me and sent me my tracking number as a response, so since there is no contact number I disputed the charge on my credit card and threw the items out a week later since they wouldn’t reply to me. In January I see my card was charged again and when I called I was told that they provided proof of my order and tracking showing it was delivered, I had asked for the contact info for customdz.com and my credit card company couldn’t find it either. The last 3 months I been going back and forth in email trying to get atleast a partial refund for the items I never received and I have emails as proof of them telling me they do not trust my word and I need to send them a picture or video of the box I received being opened. I asked for a phone number to explain the situation and they said they only communicate through email. I asked for an address and again was told they do not have a location for customers. Now I asked to return an empty box since I didn’t get half my order and they repeat themselves asking for a picture of items that I didn’t receive. This company is the biggest scam, I even wrote a review on their site and it was never posted which is why they show 5 star reviews on their items because they are scammers. I will be leaving this review everywhere I can because they need to be stopped and shut down, I have all the screenshots as proof if the proper authorities need to stop them… DO NOT ORDER FROM CUSTOMDZ.COM!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!!

The worst company i have ever had the misfortune to deal with, I placed an order for 2 pet keychains and they sent the wrong ones, some random other animals, despite numerous emails back and forth they are not refunding or replacing and are now ignoring me completely. They are also sent from some random address in a financial district in China which is not what it says on the website. Avoid at all costs, a total scam, avoid at all costs.

Scam!!! I ordered a heart shape puzzle of a picture of me and my girlfriend and got a square shape puzzle of the back of someone’s head. To compensate they offered me a $15 off coupon. Stay away this is a scam!!!

Ordered a set of 5 key chains which were supposed to build a heart. I only got 4 and they refuse to compensate for it. They aren’t even a part of paypals buyer protection so that’s almost $40 wasted. Do not buy from them they’re a scam!

I'm not going to say much besides the fact I am appalled. I saw an Ad for this website on tiktok. I ordered 2 keychains, its been 3 months and nothing has come. I've sent quite a few angry emails. They have only been met with vague misleading responses. SHOCKING !!!!!!!
