Scam it's big scam.
Never received my parcel and they keep saying that it's delivered.
Totally rubbish and fake please never trust guys.

DO NOT ORDER....daughter ordered from sports direct facebook link,looked genuine,got dodgy email to confirm transaction,kept tracking parcel eventually said delivered after 6 weeks, parcel never turned up.
Managed to get money back from the bank,do not order from this site!!

I never got my goods never go there no one gets bk to you lot my hard earned cash

Order never arrived company don't reply to emails then they even block you.. £30 down the drain.

Ordered an item through TikTok followed the order 17track went through customs the says delivered never received email company no reply PURE SCAM will be contact my credit card company…….not a nice thing to say about these thieves

Never got my order, ordered 5 items form dr. Martens and got scamed, nobody answers to my mail, of course.

Scam and pure scum tracking number is fraudulent tracked until it said delivered. Obviously wasn't now won't return my messages scam scum

Complete scam. Carried it through to supposed delivery but can't provide any proof. Don't buy through Facebook ads.

I was stupid and fell for the Stanley’s. Shows as being delivered on 12/25/2023. No one will answer my inquires as to getting a refund. My next step is to go to my bank a file a fraud against my credit card.

First time I have been caught out. Ordered clothes from a Facebook retail advertisement that looked totally legitimate. Email with an order number and a dodgy looking link. Not a normal looking email from a retail outlet that recaps your order and has all the return info, etc. Email address is a no reply one. No headquarters address or telephone number. Have to wait 30 days. Try to contact them to resolve to show I have tried and try to get it back from my credit card company. Steer clear

This is a scam - please beware everything looks fine until they tell you your parcel has arrived when it hasn't. Sent several emails but they don't even reply.
£50 Down the drain , will be much more careful in the future. Anything that seems cheap, there is always a catch!

Ordered a Five Nights of Freddie's Avdent Calander on Thanksgiving. It was stuck in China for weeks. Says it was delivered the day after Christmas, but I was home all day. Will Never buy anything off of Facebook adds again!

Despite they sent me step by step on my order journey and delivered, it wasn’t delivered and they blocked me for claiming to customer service. Now will talk with my bank to get my money back

I ordered shoes from ad off Facebook. As did my son & daughter. I received confirmation email which had a link to a support chat. Told them I wanted to cancel the order. They said they would contact warehouse. Status showed it had been shipped. I messaged them again saying I was contacting my bank & the fraud department within the police. I received a refund within 3 days as did my son. Daughter didn't get confirmation email so has to wait 30 days to claim money back from visa. We have all cancelled our cards

Ordered from them as they copied everything from the Stanley website. Tried canceling it only to be told it shipped out right after asking to cancel it. Tracking was a joke to get and supposedly my cups were delivered on the 23rd yet says nothing about where they were left. 😡

MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED. The tracking of my package is supposed to be in my town since more than a month. What a shame !

Like the others. I purchased merchandise. Tried to stop the charge right after I got the email receipt. Then a shipping notification was sent and I thought, maybe this is gonna work. Well the order had a status of out for delivery on 12/20. I never received it. Today the status was updated to delivered on 12/25. It was never delivered especially on Christmas Day. Shame on me, I know better.

I can’t believe I fell for this!!! Realised pretty soon after placing the ordering they were posing as the perfume shop. Have tried to cancel with my bank but this disgusting company has ring fenced it so is can’t do anything for 30 days. This company are doing this to so many people and it’s shocking. Apparenly they send you a plastic cracker ring instead of your goods. Well you know where you can shove that !!!
