Scan company-There ad said bath & body. Well a month later stoll no candles. They provide a bogus tracking number. I finally called my credit card company to dispute the charges. Also I am calling bath & body to make them aware of this scam company using there name.

Total SCAM! I ordered from a website that I now realize is also a scam (ru-quety), and they told me that the order was delivered, but it wasn't anywhere in sight. You message the retailer and the delivery services, and they message you back with the exact same bot-looking responses, "Check the post mail, ask your neighbours, contact logistics," over and over again.

Big scam. I placed an order all tracking information looked legit, including number tracking via post office service. Package was never delivered. Carrier offered 30% refund, up to 50% after negotiation. Refund was not received.

I SEEN A POST ON FACEBOOK SO THOUGHT IT WOULD BE OK TO ORDER FROM. THEY TOOK PAYMENT BUT NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. THEY THEN SENT PICTURES TO SAY IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED ONCE I MADE CONTACT.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY

I ordered of these scammers and had no response from any one they don't deserve 1 star never mind anything else, still not received my order don't order anything from these fake people

Wish I didn't have to even give a star. I thought I was purchasing a large toolbox and multiple tool as a set from Harbor Freight. Quickly I realized the money went to what looked like an individual instead of a company. At that point I couldn't reverse or stop payment for it has been 3 days. I finally got a global tracking number so I thought maybe I was being paranoid. 10 days later the global tracking company/number says it was delivered. I contact the company and they say they sent the wrong item (sunglasses) and if I send it back they'll send me the correct item. I never received what they sent. The post office never saw a package so it couldn't have even got delivered to a different address. I tell customer care and they say they "we've lost money on shipping and the item sent but we can give you a 10% refund". Still working on this issue but I'll report what else happens. Pretty sure I've lost my money. This made up company is fraudulent and should not be trusted!!
Update-I emailed back and forth with them and tried to offer a 20% refund and then a 30% refund and then their tracking system showed just a few days ago that the package they sent was returned and my actual package was being prepped but the day after the last email, all communication stopped and the link through the emails had disappeared. Now, now tracking, no email, no info whatsoever.
Never again!

It’s been so long that I ordered , that I forgot what I ordered 😂 , luckily it’s only £20 . I have asked why it’s taken so long but it’s been bounced around in China and apparently currently at customs , but not sure where . I have recently ordered something else from another online shop with 4 different times and that has all turned up before there’s has and it also came from China . If it’s true what many people say I’ll be surprised to see why I get , if it turns up . I am aware it’s the festive period but it’s been nearly a month since I ordered . Plus when I looked deeper into the shops via different avenues it turns out they only sell women’s cloths 🤦🏼

I am so frustrated I got scammed by this scammer! They have used a seemingly looked like decent online website I ordered and gave me tracking information and says it has been delivered but almost one month I never received it. I went to all possible carriers and parcel sevice centres in my area but they do not have a record and the staff said it is a scam. I sent an email and requesting for a refund but the email sent me an error. Unfortunately this is my second time to be scammed by ordering on two different websites. Never will I purchase anything online other than drom from Amazon. Beware everyone! Money wasted and so disappointed my orders we’re supposed to be a gift but never received.

UK government should take strick action to this company it is totally scam

Ordered from what looked like a legitimate site, boy was I wrong. I’m out $58 and totally frustrated. Every time I see one of their “$4.99” ads I comment and let people know that it is scam. They give you fake tracking info, fake tracking sites, send you stupid clip art that says “refund successfully” , and lie constantly. Everyone, go on their FB ads every time you see one and let’s make it more difficult for them to do this.

I was also scammed for $37 what a shame!!!

I reported them to my credit card company and disputed the charge, Within hours customercare-Vip emailed me and refunded my 39.98

I don't even give them 1 star, scammed again!! So upset I fell for these scammers again, wish I'd seen these reviews beforehand

They scammed me into believing that my order had arrived at the post office but apparently no one ever saw it! Then they simply stopped responding and blocked my account...

Embarrassed to say, but this company has scammed me twice!! I bought goods from 2 different 'websites' turns out both were linked to Customercare VIP. At first they were responsive to make you believe they were legit...they aren't. Please do not use them. Scam artists. Gutted as both items, were Christmas presents for my son.

I ordered a coat Arcteryx and I didn't receive anything. They pretend I did receive it but when I asked to give me the name of the company that delivered the item, they don't give any name. They offered me to give me back 20% of the money. I refused and I complained to my company of credit card.

I ordered an item that I thought was from Costco and it never showed up and when I tried to track it it said it was successfully delivered but the funny thing is that I checked on Nov 29th and it said it was successfully delivered Nov 30th so they must have a crystal ball or something and then when it got to Canada there was no way of tracking it bc they sent it with a non trackable number and then I get some bull story how oh we sent the wrong package and we can offer u a 10% refund because we're losing out on a lot of money making u think like it's ur fault their should be a thing that sends u warnings about them saying their crooks
