Your negative feedback is duly noted - and post internal review, please see our response.
You mentioned that your initial order wasn't delivered to your address, consequently we promptly sent a replacement, which you received within 48 hours.
We did notice something unusual - both the original and replacement orders were delivered to the same address and had the exact same delivery photos. Bizarrely enough, you had mentioned that the first photo of the delivery door was incorrect, however the second you promptly received due to your desire for a return. This was greatly alarming and post mentioning that we’d be launching a legal investigation into the happenings, the first order was found.
You then requested a refund and returned both orders - we facilitated the above and refunded you within 48 hours of items received, no questions asked.
We strive to provide excellent service and hope to resolve any issues efficiently. We are always open to constructive criticism and to improving our ways, however we find this review both spiteful and baseless.

Shirts beautiful and unique. Husband loved them and chums at golf enquiring where he bought them. Wash well. I didn't tumble dry just incase.
