Order still not shipped two weeks later, my wife has an order that is over 3 weeks old that has not shipped as well. No updates, no response to emails. Not sure they are legit company.

The best and favorite necklaces I’ve gotten! I never have to take it off and feel bad when my husband gives me any new necklace because I don’t want to take this one off!

I ordered necklaces for my bridal party 04/25/25 and I paid for expedited shipping. I received an email 05/04/25 that the jewelry was complete. The expedited shipping says 3-5 days once jewelry is complete. It is now 05/14/25 and I haven’t even gotten a tracking number. There is no phone number to call and the live chat doesn’t work on the phone or computer. They take 3+ days to respond to an email and I’ve sent 3 now with only one response of “shipping soon” which was on 05/09/25. Now I have no gift for my wedding party. Extremely disappointed. I wouldn’t have ordered if I didn’t think I would get them in time. On the website they estimate 2-3 weeks. I don’t understand what would take almost 2 full weeks just to package and send my order. That’s longer than it took to make the jewelry.

My necklace arrived and I love it! The font style is so pretty and it looks great. The necklace is really well made and the material is sturdy. Love it!
