Beware of this scam
The three clones purchased were not even close to the 1:1 quality. I provided my measurements so the bracelet would fit my large wrist and the first watch, Breitling, delivered was way too small. Additionally the stop watch feature stopped functioning after two days.
The yacht master II was received with extra links, but the other all quality is poor, noticeable weight difference being significantly lighter. The countdown timer
doesn't function and the pins keep falling out when on my watch winder.
The Third watch, an iced out, date-just, was completely the wrong size - Ordered a 28, got a 26. The rose plating, and attention to detail was very poor. I brought these concerns to Melody's attention, hoping they made a mistake, shipped the lesser quality version, but that wasn't the case. Needless to say the request for returning these items was immediate.
I paid $1k/each with the guaranteed of satisfaction documented on their website and verified again via WhatsApp. The sales rep, Melody is refusing to assist with facilitating a return and began insulting me for the deficiencies of her defective watches. There's no point of escalation available so filing a dispute is the only path for resolution. The whole process has been an awful timesuck, brought negative drama into my life that I'd absolutely loathe. You've been warned.
