Misleading Products, Poor Communication, and Useless Extra Fees
My experience with this company has been extremely frustrating. I paid a $10 upcharge for "blind shipping," but the package clearly indicated it was from China, defeating the entire purpose.
The main issue was that the product was misrepresented. I was promised perforated stickers for easy tearing—a feature critical to my customer—but this feature was completely missing. To make matters worse, the many of the stickers were damaged in shipping, which I mentioned in my initial complaint. Instead of addressing the missing perforations (the main problem), they fixated on the shipping damage.
Despite repeatedly explaining the issue, their responses felt automated and dismissive, ignoring the real concern. They kept asking for more photos and dragging out the refund process instead of acknowledging their mistake.
This company’s poor communication, failure to deliver as promised, and lack of accountability make it an unreliable supplier. I can’t recommend them to anyone looking for professionalism or honesty in their business dealings.
