Custom Tahiti Travel did a great job helping us plan our honeymoon. We did a LOT of research and shopped around for many Travel agencies. Custom Tahiti Travel was always quick to respond and gave good advise and a really good price.
Our agent was Stewart and he helped us tweak our plans to find the perfect 12 night itinerary (Moorea, Tahaa and Bora Bora). Tahaa was his suggestion and it ended up being our favorite island.
They provided lots of helpful information and booked dinners and tours for us. We asked a ton of questions before we left because we wanted to be well prepared. They made sure we were.
Once our trip began, everything went super smoothly. They had agents that met the flight in Tahiti and every time we moved from one resort to another there was a friendly agent there to help.

We always thought this would be a once in a lifetime trip, but now we are not so sure. May go back for 5th Anniversary.

From the beginning, the contact was just average. I had researched a lot about places I was going to stay and the inter-island transfers, but I was going for my wedding so I did not want to do it myself. Looking back, I should have just done so. There was nothing bad, just I could have done it for almost the same price and maybe more convenient for me. There were a few slip-ups, such as not sending me excursion information earlier, and not checking with transfer times to my resort I was getting married at (which resulted in time changes for other things). Also, for an experienced company, I would have thought they could have handled room arrangements better. Upon one check in, we did not get the room we requested (it was only available 2/3 days we would be there, so they did not book it). Instead, we ourselves just moved to the room on the second day and paid to move. I also felt that nothing felt personal. I was just another client. Lots of people go to French Polynesia for honeymoons, anniversaries, etc. but not many go to get married like I did. Overall, if you don't want to spend the time to do it yourself, sure use Custom Tahiti Travel, but honestly you could book it all yourself.

We found Custom Tahiti on wedding wire and chose them because they just focus on Tahiti. We worked with Jackie and she did wonderful job planning a custom honeymoon for us. She knew the differences in resorts and which bungalows were the best. She also helped us book some great excursions (recommend Jet Skiing in Bora Bora). We thought about doing this trip ourselves, but decided to book through an agency and we are glad we did. We got everything we wanted at a great price and it allowed us to focus on our wedding.

My husband and I booked our anniversary trip through Custom Tahiti. We couldn't have had a better experience. Since both of us work full time we didn't have a ton of time to spend researching and planning a complex vacay. Stewart did a wonderful job giving us a lot of options to choose from and he gave us a ton of information after we booked. He also responded to all of our questions quickly. We did have one minor glitch with our hotel, but they helped us resolve it. While Stewart was very helpful, it was nice having someone actually in Tahiti (same time zone, spoke French) to help us resolve it. Other than that and the fact that our outgoing flight was delayed (ugh!), the trip was perfect.

Jackie was very knowledgeable and very in tune to our expectations for our trip. We had inquired with a few different travel companies but quickly felt most comfortable with Custom Tahiti. We felt that Jackie was putting forth the same effort as if she were the traveler. She put us in touch with our wedding planner, photographer, tour guides, restaurant reservations. You name it she took care of it. And when Jackie wasn't available Tom stepped right in. Travel documents were delivered in advance not to fret and people to meet us on the ground were outstanding.

Custom Tahiti Travel is the ONLY way to book a Tahitian vacation. Everyone is knowledgeable and efficient. Jackie was amazing and communicated with us every step of the way. She helped us plan the best honeymoon imaginable. All we had to do was say what type of honeymoon we wanted and she advised us which islands would best suit us. She gave us many hotel options to play around with and advised us which excursions were or were not worth it. I highly recommend Custom Tahiti Travel for an easy and stress-free booking experience! Everything was taken care of us-- we did not have to worry about a thing when we were there, especially not transfers! We were treated like gold and we felt very important!!

This was our second trip to book with Custom Tahiti Travel, third visit to the islands. Once again, the service was excellent! We will never use another agency to book a trip to Tahiti. Jackie was our agent. She is amazing!!! She is very knowledgeable about the islands and hotels. We were very pleased with her recommendations. She is also very responsive if there are any issues and questions. We also talked with Tom several times when Jackie was out of the office and he was great as well!!!

We worked with Jackie who was absolutely amazing! I was hesitant signing up with a company that I was only working via email and not meeting the person face-to-face, but Jackie made us feel like we knew each other for years. She worked with us to stay within our budget and give us everything we wanted. The trip ended up being amazing and it was so wonderful to have everything organized for us, flights, transportation, pick up times, dinners, and excursions. Made our trip that much more relaxing and enjoyable. I will certainly be using Custom Tahiti Travel in the future!

We had a FABULOUS trip to Tahiti. Stewart with Custom Tahiti was well informed and very responsive to our every need. He called us directly when our flight out of LAX was delayed a few hours. Everything was organized brilliantly. We felt very well taken care of and very independent.

Our agent Stewart helped us plan a perfect, multi-island honeymoon in June of 2017 - excellent communication + follow up, was readily available to answer our questions throughout the process. We felt fully prepared for our two weeks when boarding our flight thanks to Custom Tahiti's agents, documents, travel prep, and FAQs.

Custom Tahiti Travel was a great resource when booking my trip to French Polynesia. Their pricing was the best for the trip and I definitely shopped around. They also had experience and knowledge I couldn't replicate without them.

At one of our stops, we got to talking with someone who had was very pleased with the rate she got from Costco. I had also shopped Costco and found my Custom Tahiti rate better. When we started discussing what we paid, I started to be embarrassed at the fact that we had almost identical trips. But my trip cost about $1,100 less and included far more. I received a day room the last day in my rate in Tahiti which the other couple was paying for themselves. As well we got some excursions included that they didn't get. I actually didn't even mention some of the extras we got because I could tell this person was disappointed by how much better we did on our trip.

I'd 100% recommend Custom Tahiti Travel to friends and will use them again when I convince my wife we need to go back.

Trish and Tom booked us the best honeymoon we could have ever asked for! Their service is IMPECCABLE! We never had to worry about a thing and knew before we left that they were going to be taking care of us every step of the way. They did not disappoint!

Before we "discovered" Custom Tahiti Travel, we had already gone to Tahiti on 9 different occasions. For our last 3 trips, and upcoming 4th, we are using Custom Tahiti. They have made Tahiti travel infinitely easier. Each time we go, we try someplace new, but also return to someplace we have been and loved. We now KNOW we are in good hands going from island to island, and making the transfers. Should a schedule change, CTT knows about it long before we do, and can make the adjustments needed. (It can be difficult if not impossible to make necessary changes from a cell phone in an airport or resort with questionable cell service, and no schedule to look at. Add to this, we don't speak French!) Obviously, Tahiti is one of our favorite places in the world. For now and in the future, we will always use Custom Tahiti Travel.

Custom Tahiti is an awesome travel agent. They provided us with everything we needed to make our honeymoon a success. I would highly suggest them to anyone looking to to travel to the French Polynesia Islands.
