This company is owned by the same person that is Ace Packaging (google on Trust Pilot , promise me you will want to read it) At least 6 of us been scammed, some on Ace Packaging and some on Custom Tissue Paper Limited, same director, taking monies and not delivering the goods. This man should not be allowed to run a bath let alone a business!
Couldn't give this a lower score if I tried, almost no communication, a fake phone number that is not directly connected to the company and my order was not delivered on time and still hasn't been months later.
Avoid at all costs and use another supplier
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company, and I urge you to avoid it at all costs. Ian was very responsive and helpful at first and assured us that our order would be ready and delivered by February 19th. We are now February 23rd, and although we have emailed and called multiple times for an update, we are being COMPLETELY ignored. We are now wondering if this is even a legitimate business. You let us, and our client, down.
