Small company great at there job nothing is to much trouble always use them simply the best

Two reasons why I use custom travel.
Firstly my father was taken ill abroad and I rang Kristina on my way to Bristol Airport and told her I needed a flight asap, by the time I had arrived she had sorted everything out but not only that when I arrived at my mothers hotel my mum told me Kristina had phoned her in her room and had talked to her and reinsured her everything would be okay,what really matters was our parents hadn’t even book through them.
Secondly every time I phone Kristina and tell her where I want to go she always finds the perfect hotel in the right location whether it’s me and the wife or me and my friends she always gets it right.
You will never regret using custom travel

This is the second trip they have organised for us, and they hit the spot again. We normally organise holidays ourselves, but going through an agent has it's benefits. The key difference for me was the location of the hotels. They chose a spot that matched the profile of the group, not noisy, but not completly isolated. The other benefit was, all you needy to do is get to the airport as everything is sorted for you. That's a point of an agent, you tell them your needs and budget and hey presto, they deliver. I recently booked a holiday to Dubai with Custom Travel.

However, unfortunately due to travel restrictions I was unable to go, but was eager to still go on holiday!. Having to decide on a different destination within short notice could have been a stressful experience, but it was made to be a smooth and straight forward process.

My first time using Custom Travel, I was very satisfied with the support I received throughout. They took time to explain my options with regular emails and phone calls as well as updates on Dubai, alongside answering all my questions promptly which led to going Kos.

The recommendation that the team gave me exceeded my expectations with the accommodation in a perfect location and an overall great experience. From what initially felt like a disappointment, Custom Travel ensured to turn this into a memorable and enjoyable trip!.

I would not hesitate to book with Custom Travel again and would recommend to friends and family, thanking them for excellent customer service and flexibility even through the challenged circumstances.

We booked our trip to Crete through Claire and Kristina at Custom Travel, and they were brilliant from start to finish. They took the time to understand what we wanted, made thoughtful suggestions, and put everything together in a way that made the whole experience feel effortless.

Every detail was spot on — the hotel, the transfers, the timings, even the little touches that made the trip feel personal. They were always quick to respond, always helpful, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

The holiday itself was exactly what we hoped for, and that’s down to how well they organised everything. It’s rare to feel genuinely looked after when booking a trip, but that’s exactly how it felt with them.

Kristina is fantastic, communication is brilliant, it takes all the stress and worry of booking something yourself and worrying it might go wrong.
We get so excited when our green pouch arrives with our tickets and everything needed for a trip.

Everything from our booking to our transfer home to the airport in Rhodes was sorted and no trouble. I’m not a seasoned traveller but I’m getting there and with Kristina’s help and guidance I am loving the holidays I’ve been on so far. I’m looking forward to my second holiday later this year and I promise to take a photo with the Green Business Card. We completely forgot this time. We had a fabulous time. Thank you again.

The whole experience was personal, nothing was too much trouble. Available at all hours to answer any queries or concerns. I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys to anybody, so much so we have already booked through them again.

Due to the conflict in the Middle East our trip to Dubai was cancelled the morning before we were due to fly out there. Claire at Custom Travel was a star in re-arranging our destination on a Sunday afternoon - a service I doubt you would get from a high street travel agent. We had a great holiday at the resort recommended by Claire.

We had been due to go to Kruger but the floods meant a last minute change. Kristina kept me informed and reassured me and between them the team created an awesome alternative experience at Pilanesberg Park in Shepherd’s Tree Lodge. The accommodation was beautiful, we enjoyed fine dining and the staff were friendly and helpful. Two game drives a day resulted in sightings of many animals including the rare black rhino, a honey badger, lions, elephants and giraffes. Our special moment was coming face to face with a leopard sitting on a road sign - close enough for me to touch (obviously I didn’t). Custom Travel were given the brief to provide a holiday that will stay in the memory forever and they succeeded.

Kristina organised all the flights and accommodation for our once in a lifetime trip to Australia, she secured excellent flights on great airlines helping with comfort for all the family on long haul flights and multiple internal flights once there.
The accommodation was great with Hamilton Island being the icing on the cake, we were not expecting such excellent accommodation.
I can’t thank you enough for taking the stress out of the holiday.

From start to finish Kristina and team couldn’t have been more helpful. The advice on what route to take across British Columbia was invaluable. All the hotels on route were great and everything went without a hitch.

This was my second time using them and yet again everything was on point and perfect for exactly what I wanted, if you want a trip that fit what you want from it if its to relax or go adventure then this company is the one !!! Will 1000% be using again for my next trip.

First time visiting Lanzarote. Custom Travel booked another fantastic holiday for us.
Lanzarote is beautiful. All the white bungalows over the island are picturesque. We stayed at HL Club Playa Blanca. Well done Custom Travel, it was a fabulous resort, Immaculately clean with extremely friendly staff, the food was delicious with a vast array of choices every day. I would definitely recommend and return when possible. We loved a wander round the Marina, and a free bus ride to Playa Dorado beach.
The ferry over to Fuerteventura was only 30 minutes and a trip from Puerto Del Carmen to Los Lobos by jet boat was enjoyable.
Kristina, we are immensely grateful to you as we always have the most wonderful holidays. Thank you so much x

Kristina has arranged amazing holidays for us since April 2004. We are happy with every destination and hotel that we’ve been to. Custom Travel are always efficient and friendly and a first class professional company. Claire and Kristina have also helped with so many excursions which have been incredible.
