A new truck was purchased early in 2023…
A new truck was purchased early in 2023 and the several dump bed welds have broken. Eight days later we found out our request for warranty had never been entered in the system by Custom Truck. We were told we have to bring it to their shop which is 150 miles away. Still waiting for warranty work. Brand new truck needing to get back on the the job. The bed that came with the truck is not good heavy duty quality.

So far in this transition I’m very happy it’s been easy it’s been spot on as far as information and like any big transaction like trying to buy a service truck there’s a lot of information and communication and expectations and delivery and probably the most easiest company to work with and started with Mark and moved right to Brian For that I’m very very happy
Yet to see the finished product and the end result because we’re about seven months out I would highly recommend this company
