I’m in the middle of buying my first crane. I never heard of CTO until I started looking around for used cranes. They had a really nice collection of very well maintained boom trucks in Kansas City. I was contacted by one of there representatives that was from VA ware I live. He’s been very helpful with everything. I’ve been looking around for 3 months come up empty with all other companies. Tired of others blaming COVID for rude, unprofessional, non-qualified and/or non-responsive staff?? Well, in a day of uncertainty, Custom Truck One Source stands alone! They have a great sales staff, service department and engineers (special shout out to Rob Cohen, he is absolutely amazing to deal with). I am a business owner out of NC that has bought multiple trucks, so believe me when I say it is better to drive 13 hours to retrieve a new truck than to hear everyone else blame Covid for a bad experience. CTOS has supply issues like everyone else; however, they are still pushing forward with professionalism and customer service. That means a lot to me!!
