Sales is AMAZING! Service Department is TERRIBLE!
The sales side of the house is amazing! Daylon will treat you right every time and goes above an beyond!
Now the bad: The service side of CTOS is horrible!!! Expect to be overcharged, from the hourly rate that is higher than anywhere else in the area to charging extra hours on your units. When you ask them for a breakdown they give you the "that is for internal use only" response. The expect to be pat on the back for putting a customers units in the shop in front of their own rental fleet.
Save yourself time, money and a headache and use someone else for your service work.

Daylon showed up one day on a cold call and told our team about the Tornado products. He sent specifications of trucks that we had interest in. He kept in touch over the next several months and made sure to answer all of our questions. Recently we signed a purchase agreement on 2 trucks. We are eager to take delivery and get them to work.
