I made a big order, around 58 fleece's that were all customised. When I first emailed to enquire about this they sent through all the information that was required to make the order. They are well organised, friendly and super helpful. Every time I emailed to ask any questions Liz was super quick to respond and answered any queries or concerns. She made the process of a big order sooo much easier! I will highly recommend using custom uniforms, you will not be disappointed :) they go above and beyond!

Absolutely amazing customer service, it was a very personal experience. They went above and beyond for me and dealt with every query very quickly and sorted everything out for me.

I was a nightmare with the ordering I made lots of mistakes but they sorted it no problems straight away.

The quality of the jacket is amazing and everything my partner wanted for her birthday.

I've ordered from CustomUniforms.co.uk a few times. While the communication and support stand out, my experience with the sizing was off. The medium-sized t-shirt I ordered was much tighter than expected, unlike a colleague's same-sized shirt. Despite this inconsistency, the fleece jackets and Polo shirts were of good quality, and the company keeps you well informed about the order process. Overall, it's a mix of positive service and product issues. A solid middle-ground experience.

Emailed for a special request as i couldnt find a logo i wanted on their site. Service was exceptional, kept in contact the whole time as well as going above and beyond for me. Very happy and would highly recommend 😊

I ordered a medium size t-shirt as I had done with the fleece I previously ordered (in medium), however, their medium sizes differ and the t-shirt is proper body hugging, nothing like what a colleague of mine ordered. My colleague ordered a medium and when I compared it to mine, my medium appears to be a small instead as my colleagues medium is nice and loose yet my "supposed medium" is tight!!!!! £15.00 odd gone to waste

I ordered my student nursing fleece and hoodie from here. They had a great range of choice and size guide was also helpful. I got sent a preview of the logo I wanted before it got processed, I thought this was a nice touch. At that stage you could also change or add any amendments such as size, colour or spelling. The entire process was really smooth and quick, will 100% be ordering again!

The Lab coat I received is made of good quality material and well put together. Being supplied from a smaller business I think means they will try to supply good quality products as part of their own personel pride and reputation.

Having recently started a new role within the same hospital and having seen various fleeces, I decided to treat myself to one.
The confirmation of design was fast and I was pleasantly surprised by the turnover, it's stated that it may take 2 - 3 weeks , I got my order within 3 days of finalising design.
Highly recommend
