Have ordered fleece and rain jacket bundle for myself and liked the quality, custom embroidery and communication. Recently ordered hoodies and fleeces for myself and 5 staff as they liked the quality and embroidery better than their previous supplier, all really happy with their purchase and the speed of the delivery.

Ordered hoodies for my whole ward all received quickly and even placed a second order for the staff who missed out, lovely hoodies and fleece jackets and the staff were all very pleased with them. Arrived quickly once the design was approved. Have recommended to other wards within the hospital.

Horrendous customer service from Liz and communication. After placing an order for the waterproof fleece jacket. It came as a thin waterproof with no lining. When I complained they didn’t care at all and would not offer any resolution/ refund or exchange options. Very disappointed with the quality of this item.

Well what can I say... it’s not positive at all so I ordered 2 hoodies with them getting back to me saying they can’t do the logo of NHS well I never asked for it so yea please do both our names and staff nurse titles as order! So I waited and waited and got a mail and message saying my delivery will be delivered on a wed which I waited in for! I opened the package and only one hoodie of the order was there. I clearly paid for 2 so messaged them and they never got back to me I had to message AGAIN and they apologised! I messaged back saying please send this ASAP as already waited all this time with.... no reply! I messaged AGAIN asking where the other hoodie was which is now over 5,weeks with my money in their bank! Ohhhh and literally 5 mins later I had a text and email of next day delivery!
The company is a flippin nightmare and I will never recommend to any of my colleagues I will tell them of my nightmare and make sure they get no more orders! I’m done! I understand covid and restrictions but come on custom uniforms get the orders right, you took my money which is not cheap at all
And actually it’s not great quality there is no stretch it’s not comfortable for nurses and doing the jobs we do!

I waited weeks for my order to arrive and when it finally did it was totally the wrong size. I already have a coat with them so I ordered another one in a size smaller, however when it arrived the coat is much bigger than the one I already have. I've emailed them over this 4 times over the past 2 weeks to arrange a return but they are ignoring my emails.

I ordered a hoodie for my daughter as she started her MSc Nursing and thought it would be a lovely gift for her birthday. Wasn't disappointed. Excellent product and service.

Hoodie has arrived after a long wait (which was advised), I love the look of the hoodie however I’m not able to wear it because the inside lining sheds all over my white work tunic! I’ve washed this 5 times now and used a lint brush after every wash but it’s showing no signs of getting better and sheds just as much as it did the first time I washed it. Absolutely gutted as these hoodies cost £19.95 plus an extortionate £7.50 delivery charge (why the delivery has to be so expensive I cannot understand). Left with a hoodie I can’t even use.

Although I totally understand times may be extended due to the pandemic I didn’t read any notice anywhere before ordering that it would take 8 weeks. After 4 weeks I contacted them and they said I would be sent a design for approval in a few day’s and then it would be another 4 weeks from then. If I had know all this when ordering I would probably have took the risk and ordered more, as I didn’t know the time scale I only ordered one polo top for work

Really happy with the 2 jackets received, It took a while longer but bearing in mind the current Covid-19 restrictions it was a good experience and communications were excellent.

I placed my order 23/07/2020. It’s now 5/09/2020 and despite the company asking for a review, I am still awaiting my order. I emailed last Sunday and was assured it would be out for delivery week commencing 31/8/2020 and they said I would receive an email from the courier company. I have not received an email or the product yet. I ordered 1 personalised fleece. The quality of your work is high (A friend of mine has a jacket and recommended this business) and I understand there are delays due to demand and Covid-19 but I cannot review a purchase that I have not received. Apologies.

Took my payment, didn't supply the product

The quality of my garment is great and very good size. It is exactly how I wanted it, the only negative feedback is the time that I waited for it, however this is to be expected as it was throughout covid pandemic but only got explanation when I queried where my order was. I’m would not let this put me off ordering from here again though.

I am very happy with my Hoodie. The feel of it and the size is just right. The logo looks really good too. Thank you so much.
