I ordered a Stray Kids advent calendar for my granddaughter on 11/27/25. It has been almost a month, and I have not received any news about shipment. My tracking for the item does not work and I have emailed multiple times with no response!
They are all super nice and as soon as you order something, they go to work and no matter what you have ordered, it is ready very quickly. I can only recommend it

I ordered a mascot logo and an animation and everything went fine, but when trying to order other stuff it was not possible. First of all, there are not nearly enough sellers to do your request if it's something a little more complicated. Second of all, it's all on discord, you get a channel and you order there. There is no official payment website and everything is just a little, unprofessional. Also, the fact that is on discord means that if you surprisingly get a reply to your request that you think got completely forgotten and you forgot it too, and someone actually replys and you get an offer, it just disappears in the server list and in all the notification. It's all just not that good of a system. Wouldn't recommend, I had better experiences with Fiverr Custom Offers.
The Date is estimated, as Trustpilot recommend because I can't remember exactly.

We are sorry that we can't satisfy all your wishes, however, we have focused on a limited number of offers, which we try to produce with very good quality. However, it rarely happens that an order is not accepted because we have too few sellers, but rather because we do not offer the requested product.
We are trying to improve our services constantly and with the last update we have more than doubled our range of offers. We are also still in the process of finding more sellers for all categories.
In addition we have overworked our system in such a way that there will be no more long waiting periods without feedback.
Since your experience was so long ago, it is very possible that we have made great improvements to our offerings during this time.

My rating for Custy.Shop I ordered a Mascot logo and that for a good price for anyone who doesn't know what a Macot logo is. A Mascot logo is a logo of yourself as you look in real life and yes, they have that inside me of a few hours for only 15 euros, i think they also made me youtube banners for 10 euros, 2 pieces... i can only recommend this shop and give them if you need banner logos etc. they have a lot of supporters and the waiting times are really not long also are all friendly and do everything according to your wishes as you imagine it
