I gave two stars because the items I…

I gave two stars because the items I received were actually really cute however I would never shop here again and do not recommend. I ordered some Christmas items, including advent calendars for my children in October. They were delivered a week before Christmas and one was missing. I have contacted the store a number of times and had no response to any of my messages.

Scammer

Ordered a product, took a couple of months to arrive. Arrived broken. Was given the choice of returning the product at my own expense for a refund or she would sent me out the products to glue on myself. Me being nice asked for her to send out the products and I’d glue them on myself. Complete radio silence and no products sent. Have emailed a few times and filled in the contact us on her website and no replies. She is a scam artist!! Shipping alone was costly because I live in a different country. Do not order from her. Product was ordered the 28th May. It is now the 15th of December and she hasn’t replied back to any emails or sent out the products like she said she would.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

If I could give minus stars I would this company is not even worthy of the 1 star I have had to give I placed an order on 21st March with an expected turn around time of 6 to 8 weeks which I was ok with. I have since e mailed twice, used the online contact form on the website twice and messaged twice using FB messenger.and 8 weeks down the line I've still not received my order or had a reply to any of my communications. If they had been in touch to say there was a delay it would've been OK but to hear nothing got me worried. I have now received a refund from PayPal.
Terrible company would avoid at all costs.

Please avoid under any circumstances!

I’ve ordered from Laura at Cute Company three times over the past three years after coming across her Instagram page. While her products always *looked* beautiful online, my experience each time has been consistently poor — especially with communication and delivery delays (well beyond the estimated dates). Since she seemed talented, I was willing to overlook those issues in the past. Big mistake.

My most recent order (2025) was the final straw. I placed the order in mid-January, and it didn’t arrive until April. Throughout this period, my messages were ignored repeatedly. When the order finally arrived, I was shocked — the quality was *appalling*. It looked like a school project gone wrong. One of the items was even missing entirely.

When I raised my concerns, she flat-out refused to admit the poor craftsmanship or acknowledge the discrepancy from what was advertised online. Instead, she tried to discourage me from opening a PayPal claim by warning that the refund process would take ages — as if that would make me keep the shoddy items.

I had to return the order at my own expense to get a refund. She then refused to confirm receipt of the return with PayPal, forcing me to rely on tracking proof (thankfully, I used Royal Mail Signed For, and it was left with her neighbour). Eventually, PayPal stepped in and refunded me for both the order and postage — but it was a painful and drawn-out process.

It’s clear she’s taking on more than she can manage, and instead of being honest with customers, she’s become dismissive, unresponsive, and in my case, borderline deceitful. What frustrates me most is that she continues to actively market and take new orders, while clearly struggling to fulfill existing ones.

This experience was exhausting, and I’m just relieved it’s over. I’ll never order again — and strongly urge others to stay away.

Update on Who is Donna Parsons?

Update on Who is Donna Parsons?
Well Friday is here and still no response from Cute Company. I've opened the parcel this morning intending to take the contents to a charity shop. Sadly it contains a very pretty Mothers Day Mug. It has printed on it three names two of them holding mothers fingers. Names are Archie Dylan and Mummy.
It is such a lovely gift for Donna and I'm so sorry she wont be receiving it.

AVOID

I place an order for 4 personalised mugs in November and paid £10 for express shipping which is advertised as under 4 weeks .
Well it didn't arrive ! Many excuses from the lady saying it was returned to her when I chased the tracking details, she asked to check the address and it was wrong but I checked my order confirmation which everything was correct.

It's now mid January and she offered a refund which seems bizarre for 4 personalised items with kids names on as you can hardly re sell them especially as the kids name combinations are not very common together.

I had put in a dispute with clear pay luckily and as she didn't respond to it they refunded me , I would still be chasing otherwise.

The audacity to keep posting deals when she can't fulfill orders ready placed

I'm gutted as they were really wanted items. I had ordered from this company before in the past few years no problem , clearly something has changed looking at the reviews and my experience and I will not be returning

Avoid

Placed an order after seeing it was a 4-6 turnaround
12 weeks later Still not arrived, I messaged, emailed and text for a week before I finally got a response to say it had been despatched bar one item which was out of stock ( still available on the website though) - no explanation or apology given
While waiting for my order I can see she is doing offers on her Instagram, doing giveaways and Still saying that her turnaround is 6 weeks which clearly it isn't.
I can see other negative comments of people waiting for orders being deleted.
Finally received my order and the mug is broken, I've again for 2 weeks tried to contact her in every way- no response what so ever, I've had to open a case with PayPal.

Laura Judd you are a thief.

Communication from this seller has always been poor, but now it's nonexistent! I ordered ready to ship sale items (SUMMER ITEMS) 1 month ago. We are now in autumn and there is no sign of my order. Seller is ignoring me as they haven't bothered to dispatch. I've asked for a refund several times and she continues to ignore. Laura Judd you are a their. All the best.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. Ordered over 11 weeks ago. Stated was overwhelmed with orders but has continued to advertise new products and take new orders! Awful communication as they have not responded to multiple texts/emails/direct messages regarding the order and they are hiding negative comments on social media.

Order place in May still not received, ignored messages unless u comment on social media. She then deletes all the negative comments. I asked for a refund and was told
I cannot have a refund as it’s past 48 hrs of order! Well yes it’s 14 weeks. You haven’t fulfilled my order when your site clearly states 4-6 weeks turnaround!

Didn’t recieve order

Ordered back in May and was told a 6 week turnaround, however we’re now into week 10 and I still haven’t received my orders nor had a dispatch email. No comminication from the company regarding the delay unless I chased for an update from them on social media first, and then I kept being told it would be dispatched “next week”, week after week. Very disappointed as the mugs do look lovely but unfortunately the company seems to have taken on far too many orders. They also still advertise a 6 week turnaround on social media which of course is nonsense.

Given an extra star as I did receive a refund immediately when I asked for one today.
