Buyer beware
Buyer beware! I would not recommend ordering from CuteLira.
I ordered a dress based on the photos shown on their website and received a completely different product. The design and construction were materially different, including missing hardware and ties shown in the listing and additional straps that were not pictured.
I contacted CuteLira immediately and requested a full refund. Instead, they repeatedly offered partial refunds if I kept the incorrect item. I was willing to return it, but they would not provide a prepaid return shipping label and required me to pay to ship their incorrect merchandise back to China myself. They also stated that if the return was lost or damaged in transit, they might not issue the refund.
This was especially concerning because their published return policy stated that customers who receive the wrong item should contact them so they can “make it right.”
After multiple attempts to resolve the issue directly with CuteLira, I disputed the charge with my credit card and they ultimately resolved the dispute in my favor.
