I got two of these. I didn't measure the hose sizes correctly - I used the size of the hose and not the exact external measurement, which means the hoses don't fit though. I managed to get a connector and make one of them work. The other is too large. It's an expensive add on to an already expensive piece of equipment, so it was very annoying. Please check your measurements before ordering. It arrived packed well and the product is good. The idea is good - it's just a lot of money so important to get it right.

What can I say - this is a far more elegant solution than the ‘bag based’ solutions. And Cut My made the experience of ordering and receiving the product excellent. I ordered one for my bedroom and one for my office and both arrived within 3 working days of the order. I am a delighted customer and would strongly recommend product and company to family and friends.

Works and fits a treat . However I cracked it on first use . Didn't realise how strong the velcro was . It still works as the velcro locks it in place . I've learnt to ease it off not just pull it like an idiot !!! Will be getting a second one for bedroom aircon .

Definitely wort it the room is cooler with it in place I probably should have made the hole 145mm instead of 150mm that way the pipe would sit more secure

Perfect for fitting on awkward patio doors to use my portable air conditioner. I got a flexible hose adaptor from a local DIY shop which exactly fitted the hole and gave a closer fit. Slight issue with cutting but resolved extremely generously.

Signed up for newsletter to get discount code offered by site but the code didn't work, when I flagged this to them they offered nothing to resolve the current purchase and only on a future purchase which was pretty poor. The item measures well but was finished badly with numerous scratches both singular lines and what appears to be machine wear. The edges were also rougher than I would expect given the price and overall the quality is well below my expectations. The photos don't really show how bad the finish is but give an idea. Wouldn't purchase from them again nor recommended them.
