I loved everything except the amount of time it took from order to delivery. Purchasing was very easy and having the size customised and finish too was a bonus, with good and practical options. I was very worried about it arriving damaged, even shattered as the job was time critical and I had to have it fitted one day before a large appliance arrived. I had zero reason to worry, the packaging was excellent, very secure and yet it was only cardboard but well packaged. The quality was very pleasing, as I initially thought it would have been a clear acrylic with a white surface, front and back, but was surprised and even happier when I saw it was actually white acrylic. The value for money was a contributing factor for my purchase, but looking at the order as a whole, the quality and packaging, I will return for other items in the future.

Item looks good,not removed the top cover get, but could have done with a bit of protection on it when I collected as it was a bit bendy being 2mts long and only 1cm to 30cm wide

Nice quality splashback and well represented online. The thin layer of plastic protection must be treated with care as it doesnt take much to go through the film and onto the acrylic. Nicely cut and an easy to follow measurements page.
