What an amazing product! Didn’t realise someone would cut it to my exact measurements. Absolutely love it. Used round the new vanity unit in my downstairs loo. Really finishes it off beautifully and looks as though it’s part of the unit. Love it!

I am totally delighted. it looks great and was fitted in moments. I was unsure about how accurate the product would be to the measurements but it was absolutely precise and fitted like a glove. I almost wish I had gone for the slightly more complex shape that would have extended under my cabinets to the right and left, as I am now confident it would have been perfect, if you are absolutely meticulous with your measurements, you cannot go wrong!

I’m really sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the help you received from our customer experience team. I’ve looked into your order and can see that it was unfortunately placed with the wrong dimensions. Our team offered to deduct the cost of your original order from a new one to help resolve the issue, but I understand this wasn’t an option you wanted to take.
I’m sorry we weren’t able to do more on this occasion — we do always try to find the fairest resolution possible within what’s feasible for custom-cut orders.
