Unfortunately I didn’t read that the measurements were in mm and entered them in cm. World’s most expensive mini ruler. I am disappointed there wasn’t communication to check the measurements given the clue from the amount of buffer dots I ordered too.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear the measurements weren’t as you intended. We do state in several places across our website, including on the product page and in the checkout process, that all measurements should be entered in millimetres. Customers are also asked to confirm they have checked their measurements before placing an order.
As all our items are bespoke and made to the exact sizes provided, we process hundreds of different size requests each day and trust that customers have entered the sizes they want — it wouldn’t be practical for us to confirm each one individually.

Absolutely lovely! I was doubtful of the look given this is an acrylic sheet but I’m so happy I placed my order. The round cut was perfect and hole in the middle for my table parasol was exactly as ordered. The packaging was extremely well done and the product has transformed my table which had a broken glass top back to life! High quality Perspex and until you touch it, you wouldn’t know it is not glass! Thank you!

This was a far more reasonable option to replace glass which had been broken on garden table . It’s now screwed on so much safer .
