Delivery was quicker than stated. Packaged well. Product itself was great. Needed it to make a desk out of Ikea malm drawers. Perfect
Arrived damaged by cut to spec. Would have been 6 starts if the corner and one cut out hole did not arrive with damage.

Arrived damaged. Offered replacement.
Purchased two table tops and both had a corner damaged. Luck would have it that the damage corner on both would not be visible. Maybe you should invest in plastic corner covers guys. That said, overall happy with product.

The desk was delivered perfectly to scale and was wrapped very securely to prevent accidental damage in transit. Great quality wood - overall I’m very happy with the product and would 100% recommend for others.

I received this on the 23rd September and immediately raised a ticket (324950 with a picture of the damaged corner (attached). Yesterday (18th October) I received a second automated email asking me to rate this. So ... all I can say is it is rubbish and don't expect any helpful response from the company.
Excellent product fits perfectly. Packaged extremely well. Very happy
