Product arrive as stated and was well packaged The size and colour were accurate Unfortunately the finish was not as good as I expected the corners weren’t finished very well and I’ve had to put one which was particularly bad at the back

Overall appearance of worktop was good and size was exact to my dimensions. However one side was found to be damaged upon opening up the package. It took a few days to contact CutMy, their on line contact page did not provide any response despite two attempts over a few days. Their Website does not provide any telephone contact number leaving me at a loss for any support. Eventually after some Google searching I found a phone number for CutMy and called them. Their phone help was excellent, and all issues resolved very quickly. In summary product has the potential to be very good, on line help does not work, phone help was excellent but not easy to find their phone number.

Table top used to build a dining table. Based on samples it’s a perfect match for my kitchen worktops. Reasonable price. Only issue is that the colour I chose is only available in 18mm thickness. However, I knew that when I ordered. Still looks good.

I did order a desk top, but I was sent a kitchen door (holes sunk in the back for hinges) that was 10cm longer than I'd ordered. So not great quality, and I ended up having to cut it down, so I could have bought any old kitchen door and cut it to size, rather than spending a lot to have something custom-made.

Great piece of MDF with a lovely oak effect finish. The banding is done well, including around the rounded corners. I was amazed by the level of customisation that is offered here, at a very reasonable price.
