I think the fixing brackets are poorly designed and could be improved upon. Had to pack the holes in the shelf to secure firmly.

I ordered some alcove shelves from this company, who seemed to offer both floating and alcove shelves. I assumed that the alcove shelves would have additional support on the side of the shelves which could be attached to the sides of the alcove, providing additional strength whilst still remaining hidden. There was no information about this either way on the website, but as they specifically offered alcove shelving I though it was reasonable to assume. What arrived had no side supports available and was just a standard floating shelf. I enquired about this but several weeks on have had no response. The shelves themselves look to be well made and were well packaged, arriving without damage, but given the weaker nature of floating shelves and the fact that I ordered the maximum available depth and want to put a fair bit of weight on them, I'm not confident that they're fit for purpose. Given the lack of response from customer support it's now looking like I'll have to modify these myself, which will take time and presumable void any warranty. I would not be able to recommend the company based on my experience, but if you just want floating shelves then it should be fine

These shelves are the best on the market!! Expensive, but for bespoke sizing and quality finish well worth it. Will definitely be using your company again 😃

I ordered 3 floating shelves. Despite there being an adjustment mechanism in the bracket to alter the angle of the shelf, there were no fitting instructions were sent with the shelves. One of the shelves had 3 cut marks on the top surface, which was disappointing since they cost £130.00 each. Apart from that they were great.

Shelves was chipped on the edges and had glue mess on them, ordered 3 the same colour but one of them didn’t match the others, was a different texture and shade for no apparent reason. £360 what a mug I am

Had an initial issue with the order as the wrong product was delivered but this was dealt with quickly. Sadly for the cost I am disappointed with the quality of the product, horrible stickers left on the shelves that are difficult to remove and have left a mark. Installation is also tricky. You need to have the rods lining up pretty well to get them all in at the same time
