Diabolical Couldn't make just a shelf. Do not use them I Ordered in July still waiting in October

Shelves are very, very heavy and yet the screws provided are all very, very thin. No rawlplugs were provided, which seemed odd as the shelving needs to go into a very solid wall given the serious weight. Why provide screw with no rawlplugs to match the screws and why are the screws so thin? Seriously unimpressed in every way. The only thing ok was the fact the shelves were the right length.
