For walls taller than 2400mm and/or wider than 600mm, we will provide multiple roughly equal-sized panels that can be seamlessly joined together to meet the required dimensions. This ensures ease of handling and maneuverability, especially in scenarios where installation needs to navigate through tight spaces, such as upstairs.

When installing wall-to-wall, you may find the end slats slightly adjusted in size to achieve a flawless and equal integration. The dimensions of the final panel could range from 14mm to 35.5mm, depending on your wall size. Despite the variation in end panel sizes, the uniformity of the central slats ensures a seamless visual continuity.

To maintain consistency in slat size throughout, we recommend ordering a width that is a multiple of 40mm, plus an additional 28mm. The product was very good but the wood had been bashed and damaged in a few places but after rubbing it down and filling it we got it presentable enough but would have liked to have not had the job of trying to make it good
As described. Bought to use as a cover for electric meter. I primed with an acrylic MDF primer and followed with a water based paint for wood. It came up perfectly.

The product quality is good however deliveries are extremely slow, no clarity on expected dates and I had wear and tear with my last order probably during transit.

Measurements were spot on. Came in 4 sensibly cut sections to allow seamless placement on the wall. Quick turnaround from original order to delivery. Would use again if I have a similar project.

Wood is very rough and will need a lot of sanding. It also bowed badly. It also arrived on the wrong day.
Panels I actually received were fine but as I didn’t receive all 5 items I ordered (only 2 panels) and despite emailing 7 times & calling multiple with no response or refund, I will never buy from this company again - literally just taken my money. Avoid at all costs
I have used these people before and went back to them because of their reliability

I bought the paintable wall slats and in all honesty what I expected to get is exactly what I got. I was hoping that the company could also custom cut where the slats may interfere with plug sockets and when I rung I was told that unfortunately they don’t. I was disappoint but I understood. But that meant that I had to buy 4 pieces instead of 5. Though the slats were great, I found that after painting 2 out of 4 of them the overall board they sit on curled up on both ends (the larger ones). This was surprising as these slats are designed specifically to be painted or modified when the buyer receives them. For me this therefore meant that I had to drill them into the wall as opposed to using adhesives only and giving that seamless look, as I noticed with adhesive only that they were sliding down and struggling to stick to the wall. I acknowledge that the paint I used could have had this effect, so I guess take this with a pinch of salt. However, having said that, I’m very pleased with how they turned out overall. I like that I was able to customise them to my own vision, because what I wanted simply did not exist on the internet, which was slats with white gaps, and anything remotely close would have cost me an extra £400 and I still would have had to customise them.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the curling of the larger slats after painting. While our slats are intended for customisation, we understand your frustration with this issue. We're continuously working to improve our products and your feedback will certainly be taken into account for future enhancements.
Regarding the installation, using adhesive can sometimes pose challenges, especially after painting. We recommend in this case that you could secure the slats with both adhesive and screws for a more durable and reliable installation and we will add this information to our website.
