I designed a custom polycarbonate insert to sit inside my uPVC window. This had multiple holes and a large cut out to take a portable air conditioner pipe and couplers. It is particularly useful to use the Cut My visualiser so you can see exactly what you're going to get before committing the order. 10/10, would recommend.

I used the polycarbonate panel as a balcony screen/windbreak. I ordered 9 predrilled holes for securing the sreen to the railings. It is lighter in weight than glass and does the job well. Arrived very quickly.

Bought to replace glass in a greenhouse at a thickness recommended by the website but polycarbonate too thin and light and above all too flexible so first gust of wind and the polycarbonate sheets were across the garden. Have to be siliconed in which solves the problem. Would probably have stuck with glass if I had known so won’t be using this product again for this purpose
